Regardless of the game, crafting a character seems to always present the most challenging hurdle. No matter how much time I invest or how many aspects I refine, my character never turns out appealing. Admittedly, this is a personal viewpoint, but in the case of Monster Hunter World, my apprehensions were only intensified. Not only did I resemble Majima’s ghost pirate twin, but my voice was unusually hollow and deep. Initially, I feared that I would be stuck with this appearance throughout the game until I discovered that you can alter your character’s look. I suspect that this might be just as crucial to other players as it is to me.
How to Change Your Character’s Appearance in the Monster Hunter Wilds Beta
You can modify your character’s look in two different methods during a game. One option is by using the game’s built-in features, if you’re currently playing.
- Enter your Tent while playing
- Go all the way to the right of the menu to locate the Appearance Manu.
- Select the Change Appearance option.
The second way to change your appearance happens before you jump in.
- Turn on the game and go to the character selection menu.
- At the bottom of the screen, select the button that corresponds to Edit Character.
What Are You Able to Edit?
In Monster Hunter Wilds, once you’ve first designed your character, these are the aspects that can’t be altered later on.
- Your facial features.
- Your skin tone.
- Your physical height, weight, or muscular appearance.
You are, however, able to change the following features:
- Your voice.
- Your facial hair.
- Any marking.
- Your eye and sclera color.
Monster Hunter Wilds is available to be played on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
