If proven correct, it would mean that the Kid Pirates could pose a greater threat to the Straw Hat Crew than expected, providing Kid and his team with a viable route towards Laugh Tale.

So far, Killer has never been seen with an uncovered forehead throughout the entire series. During the Wano Arc, when he wears bandages, his forehead has peculiar indentations that suggest there might be something hidden beneath them. Furthermore, it seems like there’s some movement in the middle of his forehead when he cries, adding to the mystery.
