In Gemstone Mountain at Hello Kitty Island Adventure, there are two machines to help you create more gifts for your friends. To access them, you need to finish specific tasks, which become accessible once you have a high enough friendship level with the character. The machine you’ll probably come across first is the Soda Machine. Heading west, you will discover a boat stuck in a barren lakebed.
The “Dessert Boat Machine” serves the purpose of producing delightful desserts, including pudding and ice cream. It would be advantageous to activate and improve this appliance at your earliest convenience as it is instrumental in crafting some of the finest presents within the realm of “Island Adventure”.
How to Unlock the Dessert Boat Machine
Where to Find Pompompurin
The Desert Boat is situated on the western part of Gemstone Mountain. To access the quick-travel spot for the Desert Boat, simply visit the Oasis Mailbox placed nearby. This mailbox, when activated, will enable you to use the fast-travel machine. However, you’ll need to improve your friendship with Pompompurin before you can operate the machine.
To embark on the “Dessert-ed Boat” quest, you’ll first have to build a friendship level of four with Pompompurin. Once that’s achieved, you’ll be tasked with finding six Fizzy Ores. These ores can be found within the Gemstone Mine and are collected by hopping aboard the minecarts that travel through the mines. The Fizzy Ore will pass by as you ride along.
In this room, you’ll find a minecart switch close to the Mailbox at the Icy Peak Entrance. Leap off the nearby cliff and proceed through the crystal-lined entryway, featuring large pink or purple formations.
The minecart switch is in the same room as the Icy Peak Entrance Mailbox. Make your way there by jumping from a cliff and passing through an entrance adorned with big, colorful crystals. The colors could be pink or purple.
After obtaining the ore, make your way back to Pompompurin who will come to understand that they actually require Fizzy Crystals instead of Fizzy Ore. To acquire the blueprint for creating Fizzy Crystals, you’ll need to consult with Chococat. For one Fizzy Crystal, you’ll require six Fizzy Ores. Once you have this, you can then fix the Dessert Machine and begin producing ice cream, pudding, and shakes.
How to Use Three Ingredients
Initially, when you open the Dessert Maker, it will allow you to work with just two components. If you want to add a third ingredient, you should advance Pompompurin to level 13 (Achieve Station Upgrade: Dessert Boat). Enhancing the Dessert Maker is suggested if your goal is to strengthen bonds with characters like My Melody.
Since you can’t create Pompompurin’s 3-heart gift until you’ve updated the machine, it would be wise to offer him 2-heart gifts as an alternative instead. The simplest and most cost-effective one to make is Pudding, which needs only one Cactus Cream and one Coral Milk.
