How Do Whim Fragrances Work in Infinity Nikki?

In the game “Infinity Nikki,” Whim Fragrances serve as a special accessory for Nikki that differ from conventional cosmetic items, such as Eurekas, in that they function more like enhancements. These fragrances are utilized to amplify Nikki’s Purification abilities, encompassing her standard Purifying Orbs and her Plunge ability. Each fragrance can adjust various characteristics, for instance, recast timers, the dimensions or design of an ability’s impact area, charge durations, and more.

In your Wardrobe menu, you have the option to select up to three distinct Whim Fragrances at once. This can be done through the ‘Whim Fragrance’ tab, as illustrated above. The fragrances are categorized into three groups: Hair Oils, Body Sprays, and Hand Powders.

To get hold of a Whim Fragrance, you’ll need to accomplish two primary tasks sequentially. Firstly, your goal is to locate the unique key item that serves as the main ingredient hidden in one of the game’s numerous caves. A quest will pop up to assist you in finding the right cave. This rare item can be found within a High-Tier Chest (the most uncommon type), typically situated towards the back of the cave and protected by a group of Esselings.

After obtaining the required ingredient, you’ll need to access the corresponding node for crafting its blueprint on your Heart of Infinity grid. The nodes for Whim Fragrances are located on the right side and are connected in two rows (as shown above). Identify the node for your new Whim Fragrance, then activate it using your Whimstars and a specified amount of Blings. Keep in mind that some nodes can be quite costly, so only unlock them when necessary.

To create your desired Whim Fragrance design, navigate to the ‘Sketches’ section on the left side of your interface, specifically the ‘Whim Fragrance’ sub-tab. Here you’ll find all your existing and completed Whim Fragrance sketches. Choose the one that suits you, collect the necessary ingredients, and once prepared, your fragrance will be ready for use in your Wardrobe.

How to Get Meadow Zest (Double Vanilla) in Infinity Nikki

In the game universe of Infinity Nikki, the “Double Vanilla Whim Fragrance” is a scent reminiscent of a hair oil. This fragrance can be obtained when the “Find Fragrance: Meadow Zest” mission becomes accessible in your current region of Wishfield. Typically, all ‘Find Fragrance’ quests for that specific area become available either simultaneously or sequentially as you progress through them upon entering a new region.

To create the Double Vanilla Whim Fragrance, you’ll require a special component known as Meadow Zest. You can locate this ingredient by searching for the hidden Waterfall Cave, which is situated in the northwest corner of the Wishing Woods. The closest Warp Spire to help you get there is the Beauty Lab’s Waterwheel, positioned to the north of Timis’s Beauty Lab. Keep following the cliffside until you spot the cave entrance, it’s to the right of the waterfall.

As a gamer, I delve deep into the mysterious cavern, seeking the elusive Advanced Chest that’s rumored to contain the rare Meadow Zest. Upon finding it, my ‘Find Fragrance’ quest will be completed, and my next mission is to connect its node on my Heart of Infinity Grid. It’s nestled at the very end of the northern branch of the fragrance nodes, as shown above. To unlock it, I’ll need to part with one Whimstar and a substantial 100,000 Bling. Be mindful of your resources when making this move.

After completing that task, you’re now prepared to create your new Double Vanilla scent. Navigate to the ‘Sketches’ section on your Pear-Pal interface, and locate the ‘Whim Fragrance’ tab on the left side. Search for the Double Vanilla sketch and click on it to see its component list. In addition to Meadow Zest, you will require 10,000 units of Bling, 30 pieces of Tough Leather from Tough Octopack Esselings, and 50 threads of Purity.

Once you’ve assembled everything, your Double Vanilla scent will become accessible through the Wardrobe Menu for your immediate use. Notably, it emits two Purifying Orbs concurrently rather than one, thereby boosting Nikki’s effectiveness.
