Summary
- Solo Leveling Season 2 has exceeded expectations with its fabulous second installment.
- The opening song by LiSa for the new season has gained immense popularity, surpassing 1 million views.
- Despite only 5 episodes left, the anime has raised the bar in quality, sparking anticipation for future projects.
Solo Leveling is widely considered one of the most acclaimed ongoing anime series today. Following a highly successful first season, Solo Leveling made its comeback with its second part in January 2025. Viewers had substantial expectations for this new season, wondering if it could match up to them. Fortunately, the second season has not disappointed – on the contrary, it’s been exceptional!
Title of the second season’s opening sequence is “ReawakeR,” which was produced by LiSa. Not long ago, LiSa shared the music video for this track, and it garnered over a million views within its first day. This is quite an accomplishment for LiSa, as not every artist can duplicate such success. The song’s popularity underscores the widespread appeal of Solo Leveling. Fans who appreciated the tune promptly expressed their admiration for the artist.
Solo Leveling Has Raised The Bar

As a viewer, I’ve noticed that with just eight episodes out of thirteen in Solo Leveling season 2, it seems unlikely that new opening or ending songs will be introduced. With only five more episodes left before the season wraps up, the anticipation is high. So far, this anime has been nothing short of extraordinary, setting a high standard for quality that viewers have come to expect from other titles in the genre.
Sakamoto Days often gets mentioned alongside Solo Leveling due to their similarities. However, Sakamoto Days isn’t a poor adaptation by any means; unfortunately, it was released concurrently with Solo Leveling. TMS Entertainment has admirably animated the original content, as demonstrated by Sakamoto Days’ popularity. In fact, it’s consistently ranked among the top 10 most-watched shows on Netflix, a position it wouldn’t have achieved if its quality was subpar. Yet, A-1 Pictures has crafted such an impressive adaptation that Sakamoto Days’ anime seems less striking in comparison.
Solo Leveling Season 2 Has Been Phenomenal
Regarding Solo Leveling, the series has been particularly impressive as of late. The latest installments have received rave reviews, and they’ve garnered high ratings on IMDb. Given that the upcoming second season will delve into the Jeju Island arc, one can expect the quality to only improve. Moreover, the English dubbed version is aired weekly on Crunchyroll; however, there is a slight delay between the two versions.
After the second season of Solo Leveling wraps up, it’s inevitable that fans will inquire about what’s coming next. With all sorts of speculation circulating, they’ll yearn for an official word on season 3 or any upcoming projects. But let’s remain patient; an announcement is probably in the works following the conclusion of season 2.
Solo Leveling season 2 is available to stream on Crunchyroll.
