Upon arrival, go to the northwest area where you’ll find Dr. Glimmerfin stationed at a construction site adjacent to an incomplete submarine.

Speaking with Dr. Glimmerfin unveils that he, along with Dr. Finnues, have found a means to traverse Mariana’s Veil, which demands the use of a watercraft. To aid your advancement, he will provide you with a drill, which will be conveniently stored in your pack for easy retrieval whenever needed.
