Summary
- Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Remaster confirmed through rating in Singapore.
- Game to be available on Nintendo Switch, PC, and several consoles.
- Possible new features include Create-a-Skater and online multiplayer.
Based on the hint dropped in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s teaser video last week, it appears that a new Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater game has been given a rating in Singapore.
As a thrilled enthusiast, I can’t help but feel that the high rating might just be hinting at the long-anticipated remaster of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and 4! It’s been something we’ve all been speculating about, and it seems like it could finally be happening.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Remaster Announcement Set For March 4, 2025

On the Infocomm Media Development Authority’s site, Kurakasis found a document detailing the upcoming game’s distribution channels, which include the Nintendo Switch, personal computers (PC), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and the latest Xbox Series X/S consoles.
On Twitter, Activision has begun promoting their upcoming game, with the official Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater account announcing the unveiling date (some speculate that this might also be the release date due to potential stealth launch). The announcement was made by none other than Tony Hawk and other skateboarding icons.
As I stand by, taking a look at the lineup of skaters we’ve got here, it goes like this: me, Steve Caballero, then Kareem Campbell, followed by Tony Hawk, with Rodney Mullen coming up next, and finally, my buddy Eric Koston.
Apart from Kareem Campbell, every skater originally featured in the Tony Hawk Pro Skater series of video games. However, Kareem was one of the new characters introduced in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, launched in September 2020.
As a devoted fan, I can’t help but speculate about Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4. Given the success of THPS 1 + 2’s features like Create-a-Skater, an enhanced manual and challenge system, a revamped soundtrack, refined controls for online multiplayer, Create-a-Park, and fresh cosmetics, it seems reasonable to anticipate these elements in the upcoming games. However, until official announcements are made, it’s all just wishful thinking from us fans!
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 came out in 2001 on the PlayStation 2, Nintendo Gamecube, and Xbox platforms. A sequel titled Pro Skater 4 was released the following year. These games were created by Vicarious Visions, a studio that no longer exists.
Anticipate the upcoming official announcement within the next week, as we hope that whispers about an immediate release of the remastered versions are accurate, allowing enthusiasts to dive into the games straightaway.
