In the game Once Human, players collect a variety of resources as they advance, similar to other survival games. Some of these resources are essential for crafting improved equipment or repairing existing ones, while others may seem unnecessary or redundant due to their perceived low value, or because better alternatives have been found.
In Once Human, swapping or exchanging these items is a terrific method to declutter your inventory and storage boxes, all while acquiring something valuable in the process. For a long time, deviations were not included in trading, but an update modified that. Here’s a simple guide on how to trade/sell deviations in Once Human.
How To Trade Deviations In Once Human
Just like other items, Deviations can also be exchanged through the Vending Machine, a tool that players can construct in their bases once they’ve unlocked the Memento for it from the Construction category.
Remember that a Vending Machine operates with electricity, so it’s crucial to have a power source like a Generator connected to it.
Once the Vending Machine is constructed, you’ll find a fresh option for trading Deviations. Fortunately, the variety of items you can trade for a Deviation is vast, allowing players to exchange a Deviation for any other item they desire, such as mods, ammunition, weapons, or anything else available.
Beyond swapping items, players have another trading option: exchanging their Deviations for Energy Links. However, the highest number of Energy Links you can obtain from trading a single Deviation is 99,999. It’s extremely rare to find someone spending that much on a Deviation.
How To Sell Deviations In Once Human

Purchasing Deviations is exclusively available at the Eternaland Island Store. The store’s vendor provides a fixed quantity of Astral Sand in exchange for each Deviation. The Astral Sand accumulated from the shop can then be used to acquire more items at the same location.
Are Deviations In Once Human Worth Selling Or Trading?

As a gamer, I can vouch that higher-grade Deviations are quite valuable, especially if you’ve got multiples of them. If you’re lucky enough to trade these with fellow gamers, that’s the best route. However, if trading isn’t an option, the Island Shop in Eternaland is a reliable fallback. Typically, Deviations cost about 400 to 500 Astral Sand there.
Instead of getting rid of Crafting or Territory adjustments, it’s advisable to keep them, as they significantly aid in the initial stages of a new mission. On the other hand, Combat Deviations are typically needed in the later phases of the game, by which time you might have obtained fresh Combat Deviations during the scenario. Therefore, selling or trading Combat Deviations could be a smart move, unless you establish your base in a high-level area.
