Steel Seed’s Release Date Trailer Teases Its Story
In a fresh trailer, the launch date for the game titled “Steel Seed” was unveiled. The video offers approximately 70 seconds of in-game footage and dramatic dialogue that appears to be spoken by the game’s main villain. The speaker challenges Zoe’s loyalty and urges her to cease combat, suggesting she is not human. However, Zoe refuses this claim. The trailer showcases a blend of stealth and action sequences, along with swift platforming stages. Although combat can be employed, maintaining a stealthy approach will be crucial for survival in “Steel Seed”.
Throughout the game, Zoe will have the assistance of a drone named Koby that can fly alongside her. This flying companion will provide aid during both combat and stealth sequences, as well as offer advice for solving puzzles. Furthermore, Italian developer Storm in a Teacup refers to Koby as Zoe’s “emotional anchor,” who will support her as she navigates the barren sci-fi world of Steel Seed.
During gameplay, players of Steel Seed will encounter a mix of stealth, combat, puzzle-solving, and platforming challenges. Additionally, they’ll have opportunities for role-playing game (RPG) interactions within the game. The developers plan to provide three skill trees with a total of 40 upgrades across them. At this moment, you can add Steel Seed to your wishlist on Steam, Epic Games Store, and the PlayStation Store. Soon, its page will be available on the Xbox/Microsoft Store as its release date of April 10 approaches.
