Ubisoft Shareholder Claims Company Failed To Disclose Meetings With EA and Microsoft About IP Acquisition

A Ubisoft stockholder intends to organize a demonstration outside their Paris headquarters, due to allegations that the company did not reveal discussions about a possible takeover.

Krúpa asserts that the company failed to clearly convey its strategies or discussions with shareholders, leading to his invitation for those who are dissatisfied with the prolonged plateau in Ubisoft’s stock value and the perceived inaction from the management team, to unite with him in a demonstration scheduled for May.

Krúpa stated that AJ Investments is prepared to initiate a lawsuit against Ubisoft for allegedly misleading investors.
