Fortunately, the game offers me a chance to revisit Yokohama and wrap up any pending tasks.

Following a visit to Edo, players will gain knowledge about the Soul’s Testament. The Soul’s Testament is an exceptional book that grants players the ability to revisit other regions. Navigation between areas in Rise of the Ronin operates differently compared to typical travel systems. Instead of instantaneously moving to another location, players will effectively time-travel and have the opportunity to replay missions or resolve outstanding issues.

The narrative can evolve based on past actions shaping the current scenario. This means that if players are unsatisfied with the results of their choices, they have the opportunity to make different decisions next time. They can then revisit the present and move forward in a new region using two methods. Players can employ the Testament of the Soul, which they possess at their Longhouse in Yokohama.
