Niantic has announced the new “Stunning Styles” event for Pokemon GO will begin on April 3 with new Pokemon, the next installment of the Might and Mastery Special Research, and much more. In addition, Pokemon GO players can take advantage of various event bonuses for a limited time, including the increased chance to encounter select Shiny Pokemon.
The Pokemon GO Might and Mastery season is live through June 2025, offering roughly three months’ worth of limited-time events. One of the season’s first events, Powerful Potential, marked the debut of Kubfu the Wushu Pokemon in Pokemon GO on March 5. More Pokemon will arrive in Pokemon GO during the new Stunning Styles event, and Pokemon Trainers have the opportunity to earn valuable rewards by completing Special Research and Timed Research tasks.
The “Pokemon GO” Stunning Styles event will take place from April 3, 2025 (10:00 a.m.) to April 7, 2025 (8:00 p.m., local time), and this is when Paldean Tauros, introduced in “Pokemon Scarlet and Violet”, will make its in-game debut. Depending on the player’s location, one of three different variants of Tauros will appear: Combat Breed Paldean Tauros in the Iberian Peninsula, Blaze Breed Paldean Tauros in the Eastern Hemisphere, and Aqua Breed Paldean Tauros in the Western Hemisphere. Additionally, during this event, new free Might and Mastery Special Research tasks will be introduced. Completing these tasks will result in rewards such as Golden Razz Berries, Kubfu Candy, and encounters with Tauros and other themed Pokemon related to the event.
