Solo Leveling: Character Stronger Than Sung Jinwoo Revealed

Solo Leveling Season 2 Episode 11 was simply phenomenal. Once again, it proved why Solo Leveling is the best action anime. The episode was focused on the raid taking place on Jeju Island. Fans are already aware that Korean and Japanese Hunters joined hands to get rid of the ants once and for all. Prior to this, there had been three attempts at quelling the ants and restoring normalcy to the island, but they had all ended in failure.

This time, the Hunters were confident that they would emerge victorious and take back control of the island. The fourth Jeju Island raid started on a positive note as the Hunters smoothly progressed towards their respective goals. The Korean Hunters successfully entered the ant colony and located the Queen Ant, who was protected by the royal guards and regular ants.

The Hunters Become The Hunted

While the Korean Hunters were busy dealing with the Queen Ant, the Japanese Hunters were being hunted by a black humanoid ant. This particular creature was so fast that it blitzed S-rank Hunters and took their heads off before they could even understand what was happening. Every time the black ant appeared, the person on the screen looked destined to die. Back inside the colony, the Korean Hunters finally managed to exterminate the Queen Ant, meaning they had completed their task and could finally retreat.

Before the Queen Ant died, it let out a final shriek, which attracted the attention of the black ant, and it wasted no time in reaching the location. As expected, the black ant was able to fend off attacks from the Hunters. It gravely injured Cha Hae-in and Choi Jong-in. Baek Yonhoo’s full beast form was not effective either.

Deep down, everyone in the area knew that they were going to be killed. The black ant wanted to avenge the Queen by killing the “king of humans.” It didn’t finish off the Hunters as it was distracted by the aura of Goto Ryuji, who was stronger than regular S-rank Hunter. In fact, it became the first human to withstand an attack from the black ant. When the latter unleashed its energy, Goto Ryuji was reminded of the aura of Sung Jinwoo.

Sung Jinwoo vs. The Black Ant

Unfortunately for Goto Ryuji, the black ant proved to be too powerful, and an incoming attack broke his sword. The fight was over in a flash, and Goto Ryuji was dead. Considering how the black ant massacred the S-rank Hunters without breaking, it is safe to say that it might be stronger than Sung Jinwoo.

The black ant’s speed is no joke, and so far, only Goto Ryuji was able to match his movements. Sung Jinwoo is renowned for his pace, so he might be able to match the black ant. In terms of strength, the black ant has the edge. It was able to lift Ma Dongwook and throw him around with zero difficulty.

Despite growing larger, Ma Dongwook found himself outmatched in strength by the black ant. Compared to Sung Jinwoo, the black ant was stronger, although Sung Jinwoo’s physical strength was still quite impressive.

Solo Leveling Season 2 Episode 11 ended with Sung Jinwoo exchanging his place with the Shadows that were on Jeju Island. The next episode will see the hero take on the black ant. The latter has been involved in just a few episodes, but it has already proven itself to be a greater threat than anything else Sung Jinwoo has faced to date.

Is There Any Need To Worry?

It is important to note that while Sung Jinwoo has all of his fights, he has not won all of them handsomely. When Sung Jinwoo fought Baran in the Demon King’s dungeon, the former was outmatched.
