Getting the Riven Tides Secure Storage Key Card in ARC Raiders is only half the battle—the real challenge is figuring out where to use it. The door it unlocks isn’t immediately visible on the map, but players who’ve discovered the Classified Records in Riven Tides will have an easier time. You’ll need both the Classified Records Key Card and the Secure Storage Key Card to open both rooms and claim all the rewards. Here’s a guide to finding the location and overcoming the strong defenses guarding it.
Where To Use Riven Tides Secure Storage Key Card in ARC Raiders
Like other loot rooms in Riven Tides, the key card to the Secure Storage is behind a set of locked doors. You’ll find it inside the Classified Records room, which is located on the top floor of the Port Authority Building. You’ll also need the Classified Records Key Card to get into the second loot room, so be sure to have both key cards before you continue.
Okay, so getting inside is a bit tricky. There are two ways in, but I usually go for the one at the building’s base. You gotta climb a ladder and then navigate some catwalks to get up to the control room. It’s a little climb, but totally worth it!
You can also reach the upper floors by taking the stairs on the northeast side of the building and then using the interior stairs – either the left or right one – to go up.
This area is usually full of enemies – Fireflies, Comets, and especially dangerous Shredders. Getting in through the first entrance can help you sneak past one Shredder guarding the stairs, but be careful, another one is waiting at the top.
During Night Raids, there could be up to three Shredders in this zone, so be extremely careful.
To get inside, first clear the floor above. Then, use the first key to open the initial room, where you’ll find valuable items like a Weapon Case, Tech Cabinets, and a Medical Bag. You can also search drawers for additional loot, including the Rascal or Powered Descender Blueprints – these are more common to find during Night Raids.
Okay, so the door everyone’s searching for? It’s way over on the far left side of the very first room where you find loot. If you came in through the door on the left – the eastern one – you’ll see it instantly on your left.
Use the Riven Tides Secure Storage Key Card to find bonus items, which could include weapons like the Tempest and Bobcat, as well as weapon blueprints.
We had a really successful scavenging run and found some valuable items, including two Bobcats, three Tempests, the plans for a Powered Descender, and a Venator, along with various materials and medical supplies.
To avoid unwanted interruptions from Raiders while searching this room, it’s a good idea to bring a Barricade Kit. This will let you block the doors, search safely, and keep all the loot for yourself.
