How to Make Donations to the Community Center in Paralives

In Paralives, you’re a member of a town, and contributing to its success is important. A key part of this involves making donations to the Museum and Community Center.

Where to Find the Community Center in Paralives

You can find the Community Center at Castle Plaza. To get there, look for the beach with the chairs and umbrellas. With the ocean in view, head upwards and a little to the left.

You’ll see a group of large stone buildings that resemble castles, complete with blue-green roofs and a large tree in the central courtyard. A set of railroad tracks also leads into the area, approaching from a nearby bridge.

Across the tracks sits the Community Center, an old building in need of repair. Vines cover the walls, and plants are even growing inside, showing how much work it needs.

Community Center Bundles in Paralives, Explained

The Community Center has four tables displaying books. Each table features books of a different color – yellow, green, red, or blue – which represent different ‘Community Center Bundles’.

Community Center Funding Bundle

The Funding Bundle offers five tiers of rewards. Each new tier unlocks after you reach the one before it, starting with 5,000 Paradimes and increasing from there.

To contribute to this collection, you’ll need Paradimes. Once you have enough, simply click the box indicating the required amount to make your donation.

Community Center Art Bundle

In the Art Bundle for the Community Center, there are four levels to focus on:

Famous Painting Bundle 2

Okay, so first things first, I need to get an Art Bundle 1 donation. Basically, that means getting a painting that’s worth over $300. Luckily, I’ve got a character who’s good at art, so they can actually make one for me to donate. That’s a relief!

If you’re looking for paintings, you can find them by digging up Buried Chests scattered around town. These chests are exactly what they sound like – wooden boxes partially buried in the ground. When you dig one up, you’ll get a random item, and there’s a chance it will be a painting.

Famous Paintings are uncommon, but you can still discover them. Any you find will be added to your inventory automatically. Here are the first ones you’ll need:

Community Center Technology Bundle

The smallest donation option is the Technology Bundle. To contribute, simply donate the Gamini gaming set. You can buy this from the shop by pressing Tab, then selecting the orange ‘Furnishings’ tab in the top left corner, and adding it to your Household Inventory for donation. Here are the prices:

Gamini Computer – 1508 Paradimes
Gamini Desk – 160 Paradimes
Gamini Office Chair – 297 Paradimes

You can find computers under the “Electrical Devices” tab, marked with a lightning bolt icon. Desks are located in the “Surfaces” section and are represented by a table icon. Chairs are in the “Seating” section, and office chairs specifically are shown with a symbol of a chair with wheels.

Community Center Food Bundle

The food bundle challenge is trickier than you might think. It starts with three bundles being shown, and then two more appear as you complete others.

As a big fan, I’ve learned that you unlock the Gourmet Meal Bundle after you’ve already donated the Simple Meal Bundle. It’s the same with the mushrooms – you need to donate the Common Mushroom Bundle first before the Rare Mushroom Bundle becomes available. So, you gotta work your way up!

Mushrooms sometimes appear while you’re exploring. If you spot one, move your mouse over it to highlight it and learn what kind it is.

If you find any mushrooms, click on them and choose ‘Collect’. Your character will then gather them, and they’ll be added to your Household Inventory automatically.

Once you’ve leveled up your cooking skill, you can make cakes and meals at home. Alternatively, you can buy them from the town cafe. To cook, simply open your fridge and select the ‘Cook’ option. This will bring up a menu where you can choose what you’d like to prepare. It’s best to cook when your character isn’t hungry, so they don’t eat the food before you have a chance to donate it!

How to Make a Donation to the Community Center in Paralives

To donate an item to the Community Center in Paralives, simply make sure it’s in your household’s inventory first.

After you’ve collected the items you want to donate, head to the Community Center and choose the book that matches the donation bundle you’re building. This will open your inventory. Then, simply select each item you want to donate and click the blue ‘Donate’ button located between the item boxes.

You don’t need to donate everything in a bundle all at once. Plus, to avoid you listing the same items repeatedly, we’ll show a green checkmark next to anything you’ve already donated.

Once I’ve donated everything in a bundle, a little picture or the amount of Paradime I’ve earned will pop up where the question mark used to be. All I have to do is click that box to grab my reward!

How to Put Items into Household Inventory in Paralives

To add items to your Household Inventory, press Tab to open the build menu, then choose the item you want to add or donate.

A bar will appear at the bottom of your screen displaying the item, along with some icons and a checkmark. Tap the three dots beside the checkmark to open a menu, then choose “Add to Inventory” to save the item to your Household Inventory.

The box icon on the left of the screen will now show you all items in your inventory.
