Normally priced at $9.99, Mr.Brocco & Co is a 2D platformer with a retro look and feel. It combines classic arcade-style gameplay with a fun theme centered around food, and even subtly encourages healthy eating. Players can choose to play as Mr. Broccoli or Super Asparagus, exploring colorful worlds, running and jumping through side-scrolling levels, and battling enemies made of junk food. The developers at VICTORIA Games say the game is inspired by classic platformers like Super Mario, and while that influence is clear, Mr.Brocco & Co has a brighter, more cartoonish visual style.
