The “Where is Home” Anomaly Commission in Neverness to Everness is a quick task for players. Unlike many commissions that involve defeating a powerful enemy in a dungeon, this one just asks you to handle some floating clothes wielding a strange, possibly cursed sword. You can find them in a construction yard in the residential area west of Fiscus Avenue in Illusion Town. Even though it’s a simple commission, it’s definitely worth completing in NTE because you’ll receive free Arc and other useful resources for defeating the Anomaly.
NTE: Where is Home Anomaly Commission Location
To find the Where is Home commission, head to the construction yard marked with the Cursed Blade icon on your map. You’ll see a sword stuck in the ground – approaching it will start a fight with the Crimson Hexblade Anomaly. Defeat it with any of your NTE teams, and you’ll receive a good reward for completing the commission.
If you’ve already completed the “NTE Where is Home” Anomaly Commission, you can try it again by following these steps:
- Open your Map screen
- Click the Anomaly Commission button on the lower-right side of your screen
- Select the High-Risk Commission tab
- Find and select the Where is Home Anomaly Commission from there
This effectively restarts the Crimson Hexblade battle, but with a few changes. First, you now have a limited time to defeat the Anomaly, so maximizing your strength is crucial. Second, each time you complete the commission, you’ll unlock a more difficult version of the fight. You’ll receive 10 Annulith, 25 Peril Hunt Medals, and 2400 Fons for each stage you complete. Finally, the last two levels of the Where is Home Anomaly Commission will introduce a unique challenge you’ll need to overcome.
Once you complete the “Where is Home” anomaly for the NTE Commission, the Crimson Hexblade anomaly will no longer appear in the building area.
NTE: Drawn Blade Arc
The Drawn Blade is a powerful Arc that Plasma characters can equip. You can obtain it by participating in the gacha banners from NTE, or by defeating the Crimson Hexblade in the “Where is Home” Anomaly Commission without spending any resources.
This weapon prioritizes Attack power, with Attack as its secondary stat. Its special ability adds Incantation damage to your attacks when you successfully parry, and the amount of bonus damage is based on your character’s Attack stat. Because it’s a Plasma weapon, only Plasma characters – like Nanally, Hathor, and Aurora – can equip it. Interestingly, none of those three characters benefit from Incantation damage, which means this weapon won’t be as effective for them, unless the weapon’s damage actually scales with Incantation power.
