Priestahh Parts Ways With LAG M8 Ahead of Major III Qualifiers

Preston ‘Priestahh‘ Greiner has parted ways with the Los Angeles Guerrillas M8 in the Call of Duty League after a tumultuous spell for the squad. At the moment, LAG ranks near the bottom in the CDL standings, holding a game record of 4-15, which is quite dismal. The team that trails LAG is the Vegas Falcons, still waiting to secure its first win in the CDL.

Since his exceptional year in 2023, marked by winning two trophies and a world title, Father has been moving from place to place, and it’s uncertain where he will land next.

The Fall

During the 2023 CDL season, Priestahh experienced significant achievement as he played a crucial role on the New York Subliners team. He was part of the group that reached one of the most remarkable grand finals in COD Champs history, defeating Toronto Ultra with a dominating 5-0 sweep and setting a new record for time elapsed.

As a seasoned competitor in the Call of Duty esports scene since Advanced Warfare (2014), Priestahh has had a long and distinguished career. He’s been affiliated with several well-respected teams, including 100 Thieves, FaZe, Cloud9, and currently Gentlemates, who are represented in the Call of Duty League by the Los Angeles Guerrillas M8.

This season, LAG hasn’t managed to make a mark, facing obstacles at each turn. It seems increasingly probable that they won’t qualify for the Call of Duty Championship tournament scheduled for Canada in June.

Starting from March 18th, LAG M8 began making changes to their roster. Skyz, who is now playing for OpTic Texas in Kenny’s place, said goodbye. On March 27th, Lynz was moved to the substitute position after a disappointing loss by LAG M8 at Major II. Two days later, Priestahh was also benched, and he has since left the team entirely.
