Schedule 1: How to Pickpocket

Earning a living in the context of Schedule 1 can be quite challenging, particularly during the initial phases. Besides selling produce from your home garden, it’s essential to explore other income sources. In this light, let me share some tips on how to generate extra cash within Schedule 1. Here, we will discuss pickpocketing as one method of income generation.

In this unlawful gardening simulation game, pocket-picking could significantly ease your playthrough. However, players must exercise caution to avoid being apprehended by the law enforcement or brutally retaliated against by deeply aggrieved victims.

How to Pickpocket in Schedule 1

The majority of individuals you encounter in the area designated as Schedule 1 have the potential to be your clients. Allowing them to sample goods tailored to their preferences could attract them to your business. Nevertheless, if a person refuses to aid in your enterprise growth, there’s an option to subtly take items from them, though this method is risky and requires caution while operating in Schedule 1. Be mindful that pickpocketing can be dangerous, so tread carefully.

Initially, it’s important to blend into the surroundings by moving stealthily, and for that, press Ctrl. This method will help you evade notice from people nearby, including law enforcement, particularly during nighttime. Following this, players should look for a suitable target. It would be wise to pick an NPC who is stationary in a deserted area.

For the initial attempt, it’s best not to pickpocket moving targets. When you locate someone who fits all the necessary conditions, approach them stealthily from behind, adopting a crawling position. Once you’re hidden, you’ll notice an opportunity to press the ‘E’ key to perform the pickpocketing action in Schedule 1.

In addition, this is just one part of the challenge, as another mini-game lies ahead. The person you’re targeting carries numerous items in their pockets. However, if there’s a lock symbol on an item, you can’t steal it. To open these locked items, simply press the space bar when the arrow moving back and forth is pointing to a green section.

If you follow all the steps correctly, you’ll manage to transfer the unsecured loot into your storage. Failure to do so might draw attention, and the consequences could vary significantly. Some Non-Player Characters may summon the authorities, while others might choose to confront you directly. It’s essential to note that pickpocketing police officers is not an option.

How to Pickpocket More Items

Initially, you can only steal a few items in the game at the outset. However, as you advance in level or rank, additional ‘green zones’ will emerge during the mini-game, enabling you to pickpocket more items. Essentially, by progressing and gaining experience points (Exp), your pickpocketing capabilities will increase in Schedule 1.
