Shows like Adolescence, Gone Girls: The Long Island Serial Killer, and Pulse are ahead of it, but Devil May Cry has already attracted more than 5 million views and over 21 million hours of viewing time in its debut week. Fans eagerly await the official announcement for a second season.
Devil May Cry was developed by Adi Shankar, known for his expertise in adapting games into animation through projects such as Castlevania and Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix among others. This narrative revolves around the renowned character from the game franchise, Dante, navigating a world conquered by demonic forces. As an orphaned hunter of demons, he has vowed to eliminate every last one as part of his quest for vengeance against the death of his mother.
