The Promise Mascot Agency offers an engaging blend of visual novel elements and driving simulation, seasoned with a dash of exploration and management options. This game is packed with numerous activities, making it a paradise for completionists who enjoy immersing themselves in a rich gaming experience.
In the game, there are numerous items that the player needs to gather for their collection and additional missions (often not crucial for the main plot) which provide entertainment and engagement. Among these collectibles, one type is referred to as Support Cards for Heroes.
How Support Hero Cards Work in Promise Mascot Agency
In simpler terms, Hero Cards serve as valuable items that gamers encounter during their travels worldwide. These cards don’t only function as decorative elements; they play a crucial role in assisting your game character (mascot) in tidying up the mess on their work assignments.
To prevent your team mascots from running into difficulties during their tasks, think about purchasing useful supplies or consumables. These items can lower the chances of complications in their work and provide them with a chance to replenish their energy after completing a task. The more costly the consumable, the greater its benefits.
When you send your Mascot out on an assignment, they may run into issues that could potentially lower both their earnings and the agency’s reputation if left unattended. If the player decides to aid their mascot, a mini-game featuring Support Hero cards from the player’s inventory will be triggered. These cards are used to inflict damage on the problem directly.
How to Upgrade Support Hero Cards
Enhancing Support Character Cards is crucial for players because it’s primarily how they tackle issues arising from complex and challenging tasks. After an upgrade, these Support Characters will boast improved statistics across the board, thus becoming more beneficial to the player.
The level of a Support Character Card advances like this: Normal (N), Rare (R), Super Rare (SR), Super Super Rare (SSR), and Ultra Rare (UR). To improve a card, players must locate another version of the same card within the game world. Gathering every variant of the card will upgrade it to the maximum level. There are three categories of cards that players can obtain:
- Collectible Cards (found in the city): Scrumpet and Loaf, Color Cone Woman, Kaso-Machi Cockatiel, Bottle Ningen, Yamain, etc (These collectibles can be seen on the map as a small white dot, though these white dots can be other collectibles as well)
- Merchant Cards: Kakashi Blue, Green, Pink, Red, and Yellow. Bottle Ningen, and Yamain are also included in this category, though only one of either is available at Captain Sign’s shop. The following NPCs sell these cards (All NPCs can be found on the map):
- Captain Sign: Kakashi Blue, Green, Pink, Red, Yellow, Bottle Ningen, Yamain
- Peaches: Kakashi Pink, Kakashi Blue
- Mr. Mori and Tora: Kakashi Yellow, Pink
- Miss. Wambui: Kakashi Red, Green, and Pink
- Priest/Kannushi-Kun: Kakashi Blue, Green, Yellow
- Mama-San: Kakashi Red, Blue
- Sumire: Kakashi Green
- Meiko: Kakashi Red, Yellow
- Town Quest Cards: Support Hero Cards that NPCs give to the player can be upgraded by completing their town quest . The more objectives you complete, the higher their Support Hero Card level. Once the Town Quest is completed, players will have a UR level Support Hero Card.
