Summary
- A Schedule 1 player has discovered a new property that may become available in a future update.
- The newly discovered building has a “For Sale” sign hidden underneath it, which prices the property at $50,000.
- The giant building has four bedrooms upstairs and two larger rooms downstairs.
It appears a player categorized as Schedule 1 has found what could potentially be a new in-game asset set for inclusion in an upcoming content update. At present, Schedule 1 offers five distinct assets for purchase, ranging from size and price points between $75 and $50,000. Although the game’s sole developer hasn’t officially announced additional properties for future updates, a player has uncovered hints that indicate more assets might be on the horizon.
Despite being developed by a single creator, Schedule 1 has become an enormous success on Steam. This indie game, still in its early stages, has successfully cracked the Steam charts and is now one of the most-played games on the platform. Games like Dota 2, PUBG: Battlegrounds, and Counter-Strike 2 continue to hold the top spots, but Schedule 1 isn’t far off, holding down fourth place in terms of concurrent users. In a short period, Schedule 1 has fostered a dedicated community that is excited about future content and updates for the game. Fortunately, the solo developer behind Schedule 1 is fully dedicated to delivering on these expectations.
Schedule 1 Player Discovers Potential New Property
At present, a few properties are up for grabs in Schedule 1, and there’s speculation that more might soon follow. Reddit user Toulow has drawn attention to an intriguing detail: within the game, there’s a building with a “For Sale” sign, but it seems players have overlooked it since launch because the sign is hidden below the property and can only be seen in free cam mode. At present, the sign displays a price of $50,000, but many anticipate that this will rise significantly when the property becomes available, given its impressive size.
Upon accessing free mode via the Schedule 1 control panel, the player found that the building has four bedrooms on its upper level and two spacious rooms on the ground floor. At this point, it’s undetermined whether this property will be added in an upcoming update or if it was previously discarded content from the developer.
If the property gets added to a future Schedule 1 update, fans anticipate a significant jump in its price. Reddit user Paulioc420 even suggested that it could potentially cost over $1 million due to their ambition for a higher target price. Similarly, LeFrogKid pointed out that Taco Ticklers, which are shown with a price of $20,000 on the loading screen, actually sell for $50,000 in-game. Given this discrepancy, they aren’t shocked if the new property turns out to cost more than its current listed value.
In its most recent update on April 10, the game introduced numerous new in-game ornaments, enabled selling items at the Pawn Shop, and more. Yet, you might need to wait a bit longer for additional content, as the game’s only developer, Tyler, plans to prioritize enhancing the game’s optimization in order to get Schedule 1 verified on Steam Deck. At present, it can be played on Valve’s handheld device, but there are some problems that keep it from being officially supported.
