Summary
- Overwatch 2 offers Twitch Drops with Bai Ze Kiriko-themed cosmetics for watching streams.
- Season 16 introduces Stadium mode, Competitive Hero Bans, and a new Damage hero Freja are coming on April 22.
In wrapping up Season 15, Overwatch 2 is offering some fresh Twitch Drops as rewards: a Spray, Player Icon, and Namecard that align with the Legendary Bai Ze Kiriko skin. To claim these exclusive cosmetics, fans simply need to tune in to any Overwatch 2 streamer on Twitch for an hour on April 21.
Starting on April 22, we’ll be launching Season 16 of Overwatch 2! It includes the exciting Stadium game mode, the option to ban heroes in competitive play, and Freja, a swift new Damage hero. Don’t forget that this marks the end of Season 15, so you have only a few remaining days to complete the Battle Pass or collect your Signatures in Competitive Drives.
To mark the close of the season, Overwatch 2 has initiated a brief Twitch Drop event offering unique cosmetics as prizes. From 10 PM PT on April 20th for the next 24 hours, viewers watching any hour of an Overwatch 2 streamer on Twitch will receive the Bai Ze Kiriko Spray, Player Icon, and Namecard, along with a free Battle Pass Tier Skip. To claim these rewards, link your Battle.net and Twitch accounts, then collect the drops from your inventory once earned, which will subsequently appear in Overwatch 2.
How to Get Overwatch 2 End of Season 15 Twitch Drops
- Connect one’s Twitch and Battle.net accounts
- Watch any Overwatch 2 streamers on Twitch from April 20 at 10 PM PT through April 21, 9:59 PM PT to earn the following rewards:
- 15 minutes: Bai Ze Kiriko Spray
- 30 minutes: Bai Ze Kiriko Player Icon
- 45 minutes: Bai Ze Kiriko Namecard
- 1 hour: Battle Pass Tier Skip
- Once complete, claim rewards from the Twitch Drops inventory
- Claimed cosmetics and Tier Skips are automatically unlocked in Overwatch 2
As a gamer, I want to clarify that the Legendary Bai Ze Kiriko skin from Overwatch 2 Season 15 isn’t part of this Twitch Drop campaign. For now, you can only grab this amazing skin as part of the Season 15 Ultimate Battle Pass bundle, where it transforms our support hero into a fearsome Chinese mythological horned lion beast. However, there’s a chance it might be up for purchase elsewhere in the future.
The current Twitch Drop event for Overwatch Champions Series Champion Clash is distinct from regular giveaways. Viewers who watch at least five hours of Overwatch 2 streamed on Twitch, on both April 19th and 20th, will receive free loot boxes as well as a plethora of OWCS cosmetics, including various hero skins. Following this, it’s likely that another Twitch Drop campaign will be launched on April 22nd to commemorate the start of Overwatch 2 Season 16: Stadium.
