To my fellow fans’ great surprise, Gege himself has confirmed that contrary to popular belief, Sukuna didn’t win because he was stronger – far from it! In fact, during their confrontation, Gojo had been the clear frontrunner. However, in a heartbreaking twist, Sukuna seized his moment of vulnerability and landed the killing blow just when Gojo let his guard slip. Gege’s take on the Gojo vs Sukuna battle is as intriguing as ever!
