This is due to the fact that the console version of the game isn’t quite caught up with the PC edition in terms of content.
As a console gamer, I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of Chapter 3 content next, with its thrilling tales like “Legends of the Dead”, “Roads to Power”, and “Wandering Nobles”. Unfortunately, before that, we’ll have to make do with playing as Genghis Khan and his nomadic brethren in Khans of the Steppe, which is part of Chapter 4. However, until then, console players can experience a taste of nomadic life by assuming the role of these great leaders, albeit without the unique flavor or Nomadic government type; instead, we’ll be playing as regular Tribal rulers.
