Unlock EVERY Secret Crafting Recipe in Days Gone Remastered NOW!

In the realm of Days Gone Remastered, players must accumulate resources in order to thrive. Certain resources can be traded for Credits, which can then be employed to enhance Deacon’s motorbike or his collection of weaponry; however, other resources are valuable only when it comes to crafting. Players will find themselves needing to create healing items, distractions, stat-enhancing concoctions, potent explosives, bolts, and melee weapons as they navigate the game.

In Days Gone Remastered, not all crafting recipes are immediately available when you begin playing. However, as you advance through the game, you’ll gradually unlock most of them. This guide will show you how to obtain every crafting recipe, so you can decide which storylines to focus on to get your hands on the best items quickly.

How to Craft in Days Gone

In the game “Days Gone”, as players discover new crafting recipes, these will get added to their Survival Menu. This Survival Menu has eight distinct sections, some of which contain learned crafting recipes. To create an item in “Days Gone”, players need to open the Survival Menu, choose a category, select the item they wish to make, and then opt for Craft. In “Days Gone Remastered”, there’s a vast assortment of crafting recipes ranging from useful distractions to powerful melee weapons and unique crossbow bolts.

To create items in the game, gamers must gather sufficient resources. When selecting a crafting recipe, the required resources needed for it will be displayed at the center of the Survival Wheel. The quantity of each essential resource will be shown on the left side, while the number of those resources the player currently has in their inventory will be shown on the right. If a player doesn’t have enough resources to craft a recipe, the missing materials will be highlighted in red.

In the game Days Gone, players can gather materials scattered globally. If they’re having trouble finding them, they can use the Focus feature to emphasize resources within the environment. To help players accumulate resources more efficiently and maintain a fully stocked inventory of craftables, there are several skills that come in handy:

  • Survival Skills I – Eye for Detail: Increases the time that icons display in Survival Vision
  • Survival Skills I – Hawkeyed: Plants are displayed on the mini-map
  • Survival Skills II – Eagle-Eyed: Increases the range of Survival Vision
  • Survival Skills II – Green Thumb: Ability to gather double the plants when collecting them
  • Survival Skills IV – Carry That Weight: Increases inventory space for crafting components, traps, and throwables

The Field Repairs skill proves beneficial for players who frequently use crafted melee weapons. This skill allows gamers to fix melee weapons using scrap material, thus conserving resources as it offers an opportunity to mend them prior to their total breakdown, preventing the need for complete rebuilding.
