Alternatively, you can obtain furniture not just by getting the Furniture Catalogue, but also directly from Robin at her Carpenter’s Shop or from a merchant known as the Traveling Cart who sets up near the Secret Woods in Cindersap Forest. Keep in mind that this latter merchant only shows up on Fridays and Sundays, and she wraps up business at 8pm sharp.
Instead of the Carpenter’s Shop, where prices stay consistent, the prices for furniture at the Traveling Cart fluctuate, usually falling between 250-2500g. Both shops refresh their inventory of unique furniture pieces daily. In addition to buying, you can also acquire exclusive items by contributing items to the Museum.
When rearranging items in your home, remember that while most pieces of furniture can be moved around, some cannot be rotated. This is something to bear in mind as you plan your interior design.

- There’s exclusive wallpaper that you can get from the Casino in the Calico Desert. One is sold for 10000 Qi Coins while the other goes for 100000 Qi Coins.
- Exclusive, Christmas-themed wallpaper can be bought from the Traveling Cart at the Festival of Ice for 500g. If you miss it, then you’ll have a chance to buy it again from Pierre at the Feast of the Winter Star.
- A unique blue wallpaper with yellow question marks can sometimes be obtained from breaking open Mystery Boxes.

Similar to the Furniture Catalogue, any wallpaper or flooring you choose from “The Wallpaper Catalogue” is free and without limit.
At Pierre’s General Store and JojaMart, you can find fresh selections of wallpaper and flooring daily. However, keep in mind that these items are disposable; they vanish from your inventory once used. A smarter choice might be to set aside funds for The Catalogue, as it offers a more cost-effective solution in the long run.
Flooring
Floor tiles cannot be stored in piles and are intended for single use. Once positioned, they will span the entire space they’re set within. Additionally, they can be installed on corridors, connecting different rooms.
Wallpaper
In the style of Stardew Valley’s floorings, wallpapers serve a one-time purpose and cannot be piled up. After placement, they fully cover the walls within a single room. Interestingly, wallpapers can also be used to decorate hallway floors that connect different rooms. As of version 1.6, there are more than 112 unique wallpaper designs available for selection.
