As a passionate Pokémon enthusiast and an artist at heart, I took it upon myself to create my unique interpretation of Floette’s Eternal Flower form. To add a touch of humor to my work, I incorporated the famous “sad ant” meme into the artwork. Once I shared my masterpiece on social media, other fellow trainers admired my creation and recognized the influence of the ‘sad ant’ meme in it.

As a gamer, I remember when I first encountered the enchanting Floette in Pokémon X and Y, a captivating Fairy-type creature known as the Single Bloom Pokemon. This delicate critter evolves from Flabebe at level 19, and with the help of a Shiny Stone, it can transform into the graceful Florges under my trainer’s care.

The petals on Floette’s gliding flower come in various colors, such as vibrant reds, deep blues, and radiant oranges. The unique Eternal Flower Floette was born from AZ, the ex-king of Kalos region, using the Ultimate Weapon to resurrect his Floette. This special form of Floette carries the imprint of the Ultimate Weapon on its body and flower.

In my latest adventure in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, I can find Floette blooming in grassy areas scattered across the Paldea region, even in Area Zero.

In a unique twist, a Pokemon trainer decided to portray Floette, often depicted differently by other artists, in the popular “sad ant” meme style on Reddit’s r/Pokemon subreddit. A user named AlligatorPencil created this artwork, giving Floette a closed flower bud and a dismal expression, mimicking the sad ant meme. To emphasize the similarity, the artist included the original sad ant meme for comparison. In the drawing, Floette’s gloomy eyes fixed on the camera, its blue antenna sagging, and it wore a frown. The flower it uses to fly, typically open, was closed in this version, resembling a knapsack hung from a stick, much like the sad ant it emulated.

Fans of Pokemon praised AlligatorPencil for their impressive artwork depicting Floette. As both AZ and the Eternal Flower Floette are set to feature in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, it remains a mystery what parts they will play in the game’s central narrative.
