How to Change Your Loadout in The Precinct

Even though new weapons are automatically unlocked, it’s essential for you to manually select these weapons prior to going on duty. The initial arsenal provides a decent mix of lethal and non-lethal options to handle different situations effectively. Here is your starting equipment:

Starter Weapon Description
.38 Police Special Revolver Your basic police-issue firearm.
Tz1 Electronic Stun Gun To incapacitate perps from a distance.
PR-24 Police Baton For close-range non-lethal combat.

To update your gear, head over to the Armory located within your station, then engage with the Officer at the counter. Click on any of your current items and either press ‘F’ on your keyboard or ‘X’ on your controller to replace it with another unlocked weapon you prefer.

Initially, you’ll only be able to bring along three pieces of equipment during your missions. But as you progress and gain levels, you can utilize an Upgrade Token to open up a fourth equipment space. You can find this option under the Upgrades section in your tab, specifically within the Combat Tree.

The fifth equipment slot is reserved exclusively for the Flashlight and cannot be changed.

Having a diverse selection of tools at your disposal can significantly impact outcomes in the district known as The Precinct. In the initial stages, your basic equipment should suffice for most tasks. However, as time passes and you encounter more heavily armed criminals, the additional power provided by the advanced weaponry acquired later on becomes indispensable.
