Initially, players can pick up Evelyn’s body and move it to the bedroom. The conversation at this juncture is not crucial as long as players successfully complete the task and depart from Judy’s apartment.

Complete Ex-Factor

After wrapping up Both Sides, Now, I’ll need to keep an eye on my in-game messages from Judy. It might take a while, but when she gets back to me, head over to Tangos Tors Motel, located way down south on the map. Just hang out there until I get a message from her. Once I do, I’ll have to wait 24 in-game hours for her call.

During that call, when she asks if I’m willing to help, I should definitely choose ‘Yeah, I’ll help’. After making that choice, we’ll meet up with Judy at Clouds. The conversation doesn’t matter much, I can say whatever I like, but the outcome remains the same.

However, when we reach the elevator to leave Clouds, Judy will ask about taking care of Woodman. Whether we decide to help Judy or not, it won’t affect the story much for this playthrough. But to show her that killing him won’t solve anything, let’s go along with her desire for revenge against Woodman. With him out of the picture, take the elevator back down and Ex-Factor will be completed.

Complete Talkin’ ’bout a Revolution

Similar to earlier, wait for a message from Judy, followed by a call after some in-game time has passed. When Judy calls, she’ll ask about your pizza preferences. While it doesn’t really matter what you choose, opting for Locust Pepperoni and plenty of extra cheese might win her favor. Choose “I’ll be there” when she asks if you’ll join her. The subsequent dialogue leads you to Judy’s apartment. This side quest is pretty straightforward; all you need to do is pay attention to what Judy and the Dolls say. However, the key conversation occurs when you sit on the couch and chat with Judy. In this interaction, select the following options:

  • You can count on me.
  • Out of the question.
  • Forget about it. It’s passed.
  • [Lean] Sure, thanks.

Once V wakes up in Judy’s apartment, leaves the building, and the quest will be completed.

Complete Pisces

In Judy’s storyline and romantic journey, the penultimate mission is named Pisces. To initiate this mission, players must be patient and wait for a message from Judy. A convenient place to pass time and go offline in anticipation is Tangos Tors Motel. After receiving her initial message about enjoying her night, players will need to wait again for the subsequent message instructing them to meet her at Megabuilding H8. The mission itself is straightforward as long as you follow the waypoints provided. It’s immaterial whether you eliminate the Tyger Claws thugs during your journey to the penthouse or not. However, there is a crucial part that requires your attention: During the encounter with Maiko and the Tyger Claws bosses, your actions will have significant consequences.

  • Hold on. Think you’ve gone too far.
  • [Draw weapon] Let’s cut to the quick.

In this game scenario, if players assist Maiko in controlling the Clouds and choose to accept her money, they will lose the opportunity to romantically pursue Judy. It’s crucial that players refrain from taking her money. A more favorable outcome is achieved by joining forces with Judy against the Tyger Claws, followed by a non-lethal subdual of Maiko. This leaves Maiko alive but unconscious. Upon returning to Judy, she rewards V with a kiss. However, if players end up killing Maiko, they will still receive the quest for Judy’s romance, but they won’t get the kiss at Pisces.

Complete Pyramid Song

Once they finish Pisces, players must endure another day within the game before Judy contacts V and invites her for a meeting. Players will likely accept her invitation, followed by choosing the dialogue option “[Stand] Absolutely, count me in!” to agree to go diving with her.

During this submarine expedition, it’s a bit extended, but upon rising back to the water surface, players have the opportunity to engage in a romantic encounter with Judy, which then allows them to establish a relationship with her via several available choices.
