The description of the “Store Securely” challenge makes it clear that the rat poison is kept in Deck 00, which corresponds to Level 0. This tip might be useful, but given the large size of the yacht, it could still be challenging to locate the rat poison due to its potential obscurity.

To locate the rat poison in Hitman’s Freeform Training mission, players need to pass through the door positioned in front of the vehicle in the garage situated at Level 0 of the yacht.
