Patio: Spreads Gems in all Green Rooms

The distinctive feature of the Patio is that it doesn’t hold a Gem initially, but stepping into it will scatter Gems across all the rooms colored green, including the Patio itself. However, unlike acquiring additional Keys, there isn’t a dedicated vendor who specializes only in selling these Precious Stones. Since the inventory of each shop is random every time you play Blue Prince, you might not find Precious Stones for sale in every gameplay session.

Find Gems In Special Item Rooms, Like The Closet

In the game ‘Blue Prince’, a few of its rooms will hold two to four items that players can gather. These items come from a selection that includes collectibles, tools, and various other items within the game, such as Gems. Notably, Gems are often found in these rooms.

If you find a closet, walk-in closet, or toolshed, it’s likely that these spaces may contain valuable gems among their unique items. However, be mindful while constructing these special rooms, as they are all cul-de-sacs and cannot be connected to any other rooms.

Find A Watering Can & Enter Green Rooms

As a gamer, I’ve come across an extraordinary item called the Watering Can. It’s packed with three uses, and here’s what it does: If I use one charge when stepping into a Green Room for the first time, I get rewarded with a Gem. However, this trick can only be pulled once per Green Room. Now, the Watering Can was found in the Toolshed, nestled among the outdoor Grounds that you can access only after unlocking the West Gate. But there’s a chance it might pop up in other rooms as well!

Open Locked Trunks & Other Containers To Get More Gems

As a devoted admirer exploring the intricate world of “Blue Prince”, I’ve discovered numerous enigmatic, lockable containers – reminiscent of old-fashioned trunks. To unlock these mysteries, you can either locate a Key or employ a Sledgehammer to shatter the padlock. In essence, these secret trunks serve as mini treasure troves, offering a limited selection of rare items. You won’t stumble upon a Metal Detector within their confines, but the odds are heavily stacked in favor of unearthing Gems and other valuable collectibles such as Keys and Gold.

If you find yourself short on Gems but possessing plenty of Keys (or a Sledgehammer), seek out these chests and open them for additional Gems. It isn’t wise to use Keys to unlock chests when you’re running low, as high-ranked areas tend to have more locked doors than unlocked ones. However, if you have an ample supply of Keys, there’s no reason not to try opening a few locked containers that you come across.

Constellations Can Grant Gems, Too

Each time you build the Observatory, your Star total will rise by one, and unique constellations will become visible through the central telescope. Build the Observatory four times to unlock the Diamondus Minor constellation, which grants you +1 Gem. After constructing it eleven times, you’ll receive a +5 Gem bonus – quite a treasure trove!

As you persist in your efforts, progress day by day, and construct your Observatory to boost your Star count, you’ll eventually find that several constellations will appear simultaneously. The more you build the Observatory, the higher the chances become of discovering Diamondus Minor or Major alongside other constellations, offering additional rewards.
