A fresh game is on its way from the creator of The Axis Unseen, and it’s not your typical choice. Known as Just Purkey Games, the studio led by developer Nate Purkeypile, has unveiled Deedlee Doo! Carkour!, an unexpected take on racing games. In this game, you’ll perform parkour stunts with a car – but instead of using gravity and agility like in traditional parkour, you’ll be utilizing explosions!
The game is currently scheduled to launch on May 12, 2025 on PC via Steam.
The game’s description states that everything within it is crafted from clay in our actual world, and the sound effects and music are all produced by mouth sounds. If you miss a jump, children will mock you just as they might in real life. The question posed at the end is: Can you conquer the peak of Meowtain?
As for the clay-based art style, each piece was handcrafted physically, according to the text. Interestingly, some sculptures within this style were created by Purkeypile’s kids prior to being digitized and incorporated into the game.
