In ARC Raiders, the quest ‘A Rising Tide,’ given by Celeste, sends players on a search across the Buried City and Dam Battlegrounds maps. This quest unlocks after you finish ‘Stable Housing’ and tasks you with finding a foreman overseeing a major construction project. You’ll start by going to the Buried City to find the foreman’s fortified apartment, then move on to Dam Battlegrounds, specifically a new area called the Controlled Access Zone, to look for clues about his whereabouts.

In ARC Raiders, the first step in the A Rising Tide quest is locating the foreman’s apartment in the Buried City. You’ll find it inside a building just north of the Grandioso Apartments.

When you get to the spot shown on the map, you’ll see a zipline connecting the two buildings. While you’re riding the zipline, look for a metal platform that leads into one of the apartments. You’ll have to jump from the zipline to get inside.

Okay, so once you get inside the foreman’s apartment, head to the console at the back of the room and start the search. That’s how you get into the foreman’s digital logbook – it’s the first thing you need to do to kick off ‘A Rising Tide’ in ARC Raiders.

How to Open Up Controlled Access Zone Locked Room on Dam Battlegrounds in ARC Raiders (A Rising Tide)

To finish the second goal in the ARC Raiders quest, “A Rising Tide,” players must go to the Dam Battlegrounds and reach the Controlled Access Zone. This new area is right south of the Power Generation Complex.

There are several ways to enter the Controlled Access Zone, but the easiest to find is a broken vent with a ladder leading down – it’s the entrance most players will discover on their first visit.

To start, you’ll need to enter the main office at the top, but the door is locked. Across from the windows with the view of the area, you’ll find a battery terminal that needs power. You can find a battery by going down the stairs to the very bottom of the Controlled Access Zone in ARC Raiders.

Search the ground, especially near the yellow generators in the room below. Avoid areas with a lot of bushes. Once you find the battery, take it to the top and put it in the terminal to turn the power back on and open the doors.

You can now enter the main office in the secure area and use the whiteboard there to take pictures and finish what you need to do.

After finishing the “A Rising Tide” quest in ARC Raiders, return to Speranza and speak with Celeste. She’ll reward you with an Anvil II, an Anvil Splitter Legendary Mod, an Extended Barrel Epic Mod, and 40 Heavy Ammo.
