Alan Wake 2 Update 1.2.6 Fixes Weapon Bug

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of experience under my belt, I can’t help but appreciate the quick response from Remedy Entertainment regarding the Fixed Pump Action Shotgun issue in Alan Wake 2. The game has been a rollercoaster ride since its release, and this little glitch was starting to become a significant annoyance for many of us die-hard fans.

This morning, the developers of Alan Wake 2, Remedy Entertainment, have rolled out an update. Although it’s relatively minor, it resolves a crucial problem within the game.

For the last seven days, gamers have been observing that the Fixed Pump Action Shotgun has vanished from the game. This potent firearm started vanishing following the game’s update on November 26th.

Ultimately finding solutions, Remedy provided a definitive workaround for enthusiasts of Alan Wake 2: ensuring the much desired weapon no longer vanishes unexpectedly.

Enthusiasts of the game Alan Wake are appreciative of the recent update, yet there’s one recurring question circulating on the platform that was once called Twitter: When will the game be made available on Steam? At present, it can only be found on the Epic Games Store due to being published by Epic Games Publishing. As of now, there’s no word about a potential Steam release, but fans continue to inquire nonetheless.
