Update 1.1.6 for Assassin’s Creed Shadows introduced a new quest called “A Puzzlement.” In this quest, Naoe and Yasuke discover a mysterious door hidden within a mountain. The door is sealed with 13 Isu glyphs, and players must locate them all across the game’s map to unlock it and claim the rewards inside. How to Start A Puzzlement Quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Once you’ve unlocked Yasuke as a playable character in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, you can begin the “A Puzzlement” quest. The quest starts in the Genbu Highlands area of the Yamashiro region, which is northeast of Kyoto. A quick way to get there is to fast travel to Hanazono Castle, as the quest location is nearby.

When you reach the location, Kinu and Kane will inform Naoe and Yasuke about a peculiar door covered in symbols. They’ll say treasure lies beyond it and give Naoe and Yasuke the Riddle Scroll Beacon. It’s important to equip this item, as it will help you find hidden symbols throughout the area.

Once you collect all 13 Isu Glyphs in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, a special scene will trigger when you return to the Glyph Door. After the door opens, go inside to get two unique new weapons.
