In the journey towards fully mastering Promise Mascot Agency, there are a grand total of 50 trophies/achievements waiting to be unlocked by players. Additionally, those playing on PlayStation can aim for a 51st trophy, known as the platinum trophy. Here is a breakdown of the game’s achievements, along with some helpful tips for earning each one.

Achievement Description How To Get
A Hero of Justice Meet Captain Sign. Captain Sign is located on the edge of a small cliff very close to the Agency. It’s part of the story progression, so you won’t miss it.
A High Performance Vehicle Acquire a truck upgrade. Speak to Jose at the Mechanic landmark in the north-east to trigger this questline, then capture one of the fox spirits to unlock an upgrade,
A Human Shaped Missile See inside Shori’s mind. You can unlock this one by relaxing in the Promise Mascot Agency HQ. You’ll need to do this a few times before you trigger the interaction with Shori.
A New Family Recruit two mascots. You will unlock To-Fu first as part of the story, then you can find a second one by going to any of the locations with the Mascot symbol.
A Pinky Pledge Get Pinky elected as mayor. Win multiple rallies between the Mayor and Pinky until she has favor, then progress through the story until the elections take place.
A Promising Agency Purchase one Agency upgrade. You can purchase an upgrade from HQ, which will become available as part of story progression.
A Sin Free Town is a Happy Town Cleanse 50% of the katashiro The katashiro are the floating symbols that generally move in a circle. Run your truck through them (or shoot them with Pinky, when available), to clear them.
Boosting Into Your Heart Boost for a total of ten minutes. Boosting is unlocked from very early in the game, and the indicated button is displayed on the bottom-right of the screen (L1/LB)
Build A New Society Smash 50% of signs featuring a crusty old geezer. You will notice pink signs across the city with the Mayor’s face on them. Simply run your truck through them (or shoot them with Pinky) to smash.
Business Growth Expand into the Subcontractor business. This is part of the story progression and an additional source of income, so you won’t miss it.
Community Minded Purchase one town renovation from Mr. Sato Mr. Sato will bring up town renovations as part of the story, but you will need to find the deeds to purchase them. There is one directly across the road from where Sato is situated.
Crush the Old Order Smash five signs featuring a crusty old geezer. Run the truck through five pink signs to unlock.
Double Tap Perform a trick shot. Once you have your Glider truck upgrade, try doing some loops Once you hit one successfully, this achievement will trigger
Fail at Mindfulness Contemplate kickflips This is another achievement triggered once you reach a certain interaction when relaxing at HQ. Keep coming back when more opportunities are available.
Fish Preparation Return all of Sumire’s knives Sumire’s Town Quest unlocks fishing, so simply visit each unique fishing location to find all of her knives.
Fought Your Fate Fight Michi’s fate in a cursed town. Finish the main story.
From Zero to Hero Fully upgrade a Hero Card. There are different ways to upgrade cards, depending on which card it is. For example, Town Quest giver cards will be completely upgraded at the second-last stage of the mission, whereas cards you can purchase at vendors will upgrade every time you find it at a different vendor.
Get Rich or Die in Kaso Michi Earn at least 10,000,000 Yen. Continuously sending Mascots on high-paying jobs will help, as well as completing Life Satisfaction quests and Town Quests.
Good Business Practice Get a 3 star rating at a delivery location. Once you unlock the crane machine, keep sending merchandise to the same delivery location until you max out their star rating. Giving merchandise for favored Mascots will increase the speed in which you earn this.
Hard Worker Send mascots on 10 jobs. This is unmissable, as you’ll need to make money to pay Shimazu’s debt and this is the quickest way to do it.
How Convenient! Buy something from a vending machine. There are vending machines scattered throughout the city, so you won’t miss this one.
Mascots Never Die Successfully help a Mascot 5 times. You’ll receive pop-up notifications when a Mascot is in trouble. Simply opt-in to help out, and use your Hero Cards to overcome the challenge.
Pantheon of Heroes Acquire 10 or more Hero Cards. This is more-or-less a story progression one, as you’ll receive cards from characters you meet, but there are plenty of others that you’ll encounter by completing quests or even as dropped loot.
Promising Future Begin your redemption This is part of the story’s progression.
Relieve Some Sins Cleanse a sin. Sins are identifiable by their white symbols that float in a circle. Run your truck through one to cleanse it.
Start Your Pilgrimage Clean a shrine. You can find shrines on the map. Simply approach one and interact with it to clean it.
The Promise Clan Recruit 20 Mascots. This isn’t necessarily a story progression one, but it certainly helps with making money to seek out mascots as often as possible. As a rule of thumb, speak to Pinky each time your Agency Fame Level increases, and she will tell you where to find another recruitable Mascot.
Thirsty Work Visit establishments that provide liquid refreshment. Unlock Suzuki Coffee in the east and Bar Itai in the west to unlock.
Unspeakable Horrors Defeat a dark spirit interrupting a Mascot event. This one you can’t really anticipate, but will unlock once one of the Mascot Help events involves a dark spirit.
Anime Otaku Return all of Miss. Wambui’s DVDs Complete Miss Wambui’s Town Quest. The locations of the DVDs are hinted at in the Side Quests menu, so head to each location and check all of the white dots on the map around you.
A Satisfying Life Complete 5 Life Satisfaction quests. Each time you receive a notification that there is a Life Satisfaction available for a mascot, go to the stage behind the Agency and talk to Shori. You can choose to talk to a Mascot, then select any with the LS symbol under them and it’ll trigger dialogue with the Mascot.
Burning Passion for Idols Understand the burning passion that idols spark within a person. Find all Idol Goods for Mr. Sato by searching all vending machines you find. All of them are listed in the Side Quests menu.
Empire Building Reach Agency Fame Level 30. This can be achieved through sending Mascots on successful jobs, as well as smaller tasks like smashing Mayor signs, cleansing sins, and cleaning up the city.
Expansion, Expansion, Expansion Assign subcontractor mascots to all location slots. Subcontrators will be made available as part of progression, but you’ll need to find others as loot you can pick up throughout the city. You’ll need to purchase each Subcontractor and location in order to use them.

Gettin’ Air Be in the air for a total of 5 minutes. You can easily achieve this one once you unlock the Glider truck upgrade.
Kaso-Michi Explorer Drive 100km. You’ll likely need to keep exploring the city after the main story to complete this, unless you’re trying to complete all side quests first.
Kyushu Rejuvenation Fund Fully upgrade the town. You’ll need to find all the site renovation deeds and purchase them from Mr. Sato in order to unlock this.
Occultism Rules! Return all the cult notes to Jose. Complete Jose’s Town Quest. There are hints as to the location of each notebook in the Side Quests menu.
Palatial Offices Fully upgrade the Agency. You can purchase upgrades from the Agency, but you’ll need to find the additional plans scattered throughout the city.
Queen of the Pirates Visit an island out at sea There are a few places where this will be triggered. Aim for one of the islands with a shrine on it. It’s easier to get there if you’ve upgraded your truck to at least the Glider upgrade.
The Best in Japan Rank at #1 in the Grand Prix. The Grand Prix stages will automatically trigger when they are approaching. Simply assign one of your better performing Mascots to compete. Keep doing so until you reach the top of the leaderboard.
The Investigator is Here Acquire the Investigator’s Hero Card. This card is called Lady Love Dies, and can be found just north of the Old War Ruins on the south coast of the island. Go to the dead end road just north of the landmark, and break the barrier with the Pinky rocket upgrade to find it.

The Sound of Eurobeat Acquire every truck upgrade. Catch all five foxes in the city to fully upgrade your truck.
The Strays Return all of Tora’s kittens Complete Mr. Mori and Tora’s Town Quest and find all the kittens. There are hints to their location in the Side Quest menu.
Thread the Needle Glide under the big bridge. The big bridge is just to the south of the Agency, and overlooks the giant statue in the lake.
Truly Blessed Clean every shrine. This one is easier than it sounds, as all shrine locations are visible on the map from early in the game.
Cultist Witness a Profane Ritual There is a secluded cave to the south of the fruit farm and north-east of the Mayor’s house where the ritual takes place. It’s not marked on the map, so look in the wider circle of road (towards the bottom), right below where the fruit farm is marked.
