In Ghost of Tsushima, Bamboo Strikes are short challenges where you guide Jin to slice through a pile of bamboo with one swift cut. Completing these strikes boosts Jin’s resolve, allowing him to heal and use special combat skills more frequently.

Ghost of Tsushima features 20 Bamboo Strikes in total: 16 are found on Tsushima Island, and 4 are located on the Iki Island DLC. Completing all the Bamboo Strikes on Tsushima Island is necessary to unlock the “Body, Mind, and Spirit” achievement or trophy.
