All Choices in Episode 3 Turnover in Dispatch

The latest episode of Dispatch follows Robert as he tries to build a team that works well together. While there’s less conversation to choose from than in earlier episodes, the decisions you do make can still affect how other characters feel about you.

The game features several Dispatch missions. Players can earn extra experience points – which are used to unlock skills – by sending the most suitable superheroes to handle each call. Here’s a guide to the dialogue choices and best options within Dispatch.

Dispatch Episode 3 Walkthrough

At the beginning of the episode, you’ll witness Robert and Royd clearing out Robert’s apartment, loading all of his Mecha Man collectibles into a vehicle. You’ll have a conversation with Robert, with dialogue choices available both in the apartment and later in the office.

  • Option # 1: (Can go for any choice)
    • It’s minimalism.
    • I’ve been focused on my work.
    • I’m poor.
  • Option # 2: (Can go for any choice)
    • Sounds pretty important.
    • I didn’t get any of that.
    • Can you recreate it?

Okay, so picture this: I’m walking to my desk with my dog, and this character, Golem, just bumps into me! Naturally, I fumble and drop my phone. Then, I get a choice to make, but the game really emphasizes that whatever I pick, Golem isn’t going to forget it. It feels like a pretty important moment, like it’s going to affect how he reacts to me later on.

  • Watch where you’re going.
  • LET IT GO.

Once you’ve left your dog with Chase, you’ll follow Blond Blazer into a room. She’ll bring up the dinner with Phenomaman that happened in the last episode. Then, you’ll be presented with several dialogue choices.

  • Option # 1:
    • Hope I didn’t contribute.
    • I’m sorry, Blazer. (increases your relationship with Blonde Blazer)
    • Are you happy?
  • Option # 2:
    • I like it. (increases your relationship with Blonde Blazer)
    • It’ll scare them. (causes no change in your relationship with Blonde Blazer)
    • You sure about that? (decreases your relationship with Blonde Blazer)

Next, you’ll move to your workstation and begin the first part of the episode, called ‘Dispatch.’ The team members know one of them will be eliminated from the Program, so they’ll be reluctant to work together. If you send heroes on missions with each other, you might see them actively hinder one another. However, you’ll have the option to intervene and guarantee a successful, injury-free outcome.

After the first Dispatch shift ends, everyone will meet in the meeting room. There, you’ll have several conversation options, and some of your choices can affect your relationships with your teammates.

  • Option # 1:
    • KICK GOLEM OUT. (decreases your relationship with Golem)
    • GIVE HIM THE CHAIR. (increases your relationship with Golem)
  • Option# 2: (All choices lead to the same outcome, but will be remembered)
    • Potential.
    • Pain.
    • Fear.
  • Option # 3: (All choices lead to the same outcome, but will be remembered)
    • You set this program on fire.
    • You’re all burnt sh*t.
    • All of you are Phoenixes.

Your next shift with Dispatch will be smoother, as the team will be more helpful. If you use the ‘Punch Up’ command during the tournament call and it works, you’ll earn extra experience for that character, and he’ll retain that memory. After that, continue handling the remaining calls, and you’ll have a conversation with Invisigirl while she’s at the park. You’ll be presented with two different things to say.

  • Option # 1: (All choices lead to the same outcome, but will be remembered)
    • Fate is bullsh*t.
    • F*** the stars.
    • You make your own destiny.
  • Option # 2: (Can go for any choice)
    • Get one for the road.
    • Take your anger out on him.
    • This could make a difference.

Next, you’ll face three challenging hacking stages while a jewelry store is being robbed. During these stages, antivirus programs will appear and chase you, making the hacks more difficult. If you complete all three successfully, Invisigirl will take notice.

When you return to the office, everyone will be cheering for Invisigirl, who apprehended the criminal. You’ll then speak with Blond Blazer, and a conversation choice will appear.

  • No, I don’t.
  • I hope so.
  • Everyone has a shot.

The result won’t change, but Blond Blazer won’t forget this. She’ll now lead you to the office to reveal the final decision for this episode, and it might surprise many players. Instead of removing Invisigirl from the team, you can now choose from these options:

  • Sonar
  • Coupe

This episode features a crucial choice: the team member you don’t select will be eliminated. Each potential choice unlocks a different Silver-level Achievement or Trophy, so it’s up to you to decide who stays. You can always replay the episode if you want to try a different option or earn the other reward.
