All Confirmed Champions In 2XKO

In simple terms, the game titled “2XKO” is Riot Games’ upcoming tag team fighting game. Players can either join forces with a friend to battle against other duos or opt to control two characters by themselves. This game takes place in the same universe as “League of Legends” and its animated series, “Arcane”. Naturally, it includes popular characters from both series for fans to enjoy.

On September 9th, 2025, a closed beta is set to begin, marking the start of the game. This initial release is intended as a soft launch, with the developers planning for the game to remain active from this point forward. Initially, at the game’s debut, the title 2XKO will feature a limited roster of 10 playable characters, and so far, 8 out of these 10 champions have been officially confirmed as part of the lineup.

8. Vi

A Classic Brawler, Perfect For A Fighting Game

In the upcoming tournament called 2XKO, it has been confirmed that Vi is the newest champion. Equipped with her renowned Atlas Gauntlets, she will be delivering powerful blows, dodging skillfully, and overpowering opponents on her path to victory. Her gameplay trailer showcases some of her abilities, such as a move resembling her Q from League, a rapid succession of punches, and an impressive technique where she grabs an opponent and throws them forcefully.

Certainly, players are bound to appreciate teaming up Vi with her sibling Jinx. Given her aggressive combat style, it seems almost inevitable that Vi would be an ideal addition to any fighting game.

7. Jinx

Chaos & Fireworks With Her Minigun, Rocket Launcher, & Chompers

Following her appearance in Arcane, Jinx is undeniably one of the most recognized characters in the Runeterra universe, which includes League of Legends. It’s only fitting that she plays a significant role in the initial roster for 2XKO, engaging enemies with her minigun, rocket launcher, and even her teeth.

Based on the gameplay trailer, fans can anticipate that Jinx will bring about turmoil and actual fireworks whenever she’s part of the game, with these fireworks seemingly propelling enemies away after each blast. She also possesses an ability reminiscent of her ultimate from League, triggering a massive explosion.

6. Braum

Friend Of Poros & Wielder Of A Massive Door

As a dedicated fan, I must say that so far, Braum is the only Support character from League of Legends who has been confirmed for 2XKO, and it couldn’t be more fitting. This jovial giant will employ his shield, which happens to be a door torn off its hinges, for both defensive and offensive maneuvers, all while maintaining his cheerful demeanor.

In his unveiling video, some of his skills were demonstrated, such as riding on his shield, performing a move akin to a wrestler from the top rope, and comically tossing snacks at opponents, causing a massive horde of Poros to overrun them and eliminate them.

5. Illaoi

The Kraken Priestess

As a gamer, I find that in both League and 2XKO, my character Illaoi is all about summoning spectral tentacles to keep my opponents at bay and take control of the battlefield. The golden totem I carry can be used to punch enemies, sending them crashing into the ground, where I aim for them to land right in the grip of my tentacles.

In contrast to Summoner’s Rift, Illaoi showcases significantly increased mobility in the 2XKO map, and she can even direct her tentacles towards opponents. These tentacles have a unique ability to reel enemies back in. Given that she heavily relies on maneuvering around and exploiting her tentacles, Illaoi is expected to be one of the more intricate champions at launch.

4. Darius

General Of Noxus & Vicous Axe Wielder

In the upcoming animated show based on the League of Legends universe, Darius is portrayed as a fierce army commander from Noxus. In the 2XKO series, it’s expected that Darius will be a starting champion, known for his skillful use of an axe in close combat, embodying the traditional melee fighter role.

It seems that his moveset in the game is relatively straightforward compared to other characters who have more complex or flamboyant combos. Therefore, he could be a great starting point for beginners transitioning from League of Legends.

3. Ahri

The Charming Nine-Tailed Fox

For the upcoming launch roster of 10 champions, Ahri is currently the sole mage, making her unique gameplay particularly noteworthy. In League of Legends, Ahri utilizes her Charm to draw enemies towards her and maintain control over them, while swiftly moving around using her Spirit Rush ability.

In this combat-style game, Ahri should strategically mix melee kicks and punches with her spells. Fans can anticipate an array of impressive skins for Ahri in 2XKO, including a Dynasty skin that might be accessible at the game’s debut.

2. Ekko

Manipulate Time To Your Advantage

As the triumphant protagonist of Arcane and headliner in my very own game, CONVERGENCE: A League of Legends Story, I, Ekko, am proudly set to be a fundamental member of 2XKO’s inaugural team. Joining me on this adventure will be none other than the formidable duo from Arcane – the unstoppable Jinx and the indomitable Vi. Let the epic battles commence!

Anticipate that Ekko will skillfully utilize time to benefit himself, and he’s known to use an altered cricket bat to clobber enemies. Similar to Jinx, Ekko is also renowned for crafting unique weapons; thus, it’s probable that he’ll have some novel gadgets at his disposal. It seems each champion in this game has more abilities than they do in League.

1. Yasuo

The Wind Wielding Samurai

Although numerous League players dislike having Yasuo on their team or encountering skilled opponents, it’s undeniable that he embodies the franchise’s iconic image. His Samurai abilities will fit seamlessly into a combat game. He’ll use wind in conjunction with his katana, swiftly charging through enemies and sending them flying upwards.

In the upcoming game 2XKO, Yasuo’s windwall ability will be included, providing protection for both him and his teammate against enemy projectiles. It’s quite probable that, similar to his status in League, Yasuo will be one of the most frequently chosen champions for play.
