AdHoc Studio’s first game, Dispatch, is now available! It’s a funny, story-driven game about the lives of superheroes at work, where the decisions you make have a real impact. The game is set in present-day Los Angeles and lets you play as Robert Robertson, once the hero Mecha Man, whose powerful suit was destroyed in a fight with his enemy.
Robert used to be a superhero, but now he works at a dispatch center, managing a team of former supervillains. Each one has unique abilities and plenty of personality clashes. If you’re eager to see the office chaos unfold, check out the release schedule for the full Dispatch episode and find out what’s in store.

Dispatch Editions and Pricing
When it releases, Dispatch will come in two versions: a standard edition and a deluxe bundle with extra content, giving players options to suit their preferences.
The Standard Edition gives you access to all eight episodes that were released over the game’s four-week period.
The Deluxe Edition includes special digital extras, like a digital artbook showcasing how AdHoc Studio created the game, and four digital comics that tell more stories and expand on the world of Dispatch.
If you buy the standard version of the game, you’ll have the option to upgrade to the Deluxe Edition later. This means you won’t need to buy the game twice to get the full experience.
Dispatch Gameplay Details
Dispatch offers a unique spin on the superhero world by combining touching stories, witty humor, and simple strategic gameplay. Players step into the shoes of Robert Robertson, a former hero tasked with managing a team of reformed villains. Each ex-villain brings their own unique abilities, weaknesses, and personalities to the table, impacting how missions unfold. Though Mecha Man has retired, the spirit of heroism lives on in this new approach.
I’m really getting into Dispatch – it’s amazing how much my choices actually matter! You’re constantly making decisions about which heroes go where, and it totally affects the story. It’s not just about sending them out, though; how well they work together and how skilled they are determines if the mission succeeds or fails. It makes everything feel so much more impactful!
