Okay, so in Code Vein 2, there are these Hot Springs scattered around the map. They’re awesome because you can just chill for a sec and get some recipes! There are six of them total, but you’ll need to play through the story a good bit to find them all. I’ve been tracking down all the locations and what goodies – recipes, specifically – you can snag at each one. Let me share what I’ve found!
Interacting with all six Hot Springs unlocks the Master Bather trophy/achievement.
All Hot Springs Locations in Code Vein 2
MagMell Hot Spring
- Region: MagMell Island
- Recipes: Stall Vaccine and Stone Vaccine.
Starting from the Mistle inside the MagMell building, turn left and go up the stairs. Exit through the doorway and head down the first set of stairs on your left. Look for a blue curtain – go through it, and you’ll find yourself in a room with several mirrors where you can change how you look. To find the first Hot Spring, go to the back right corner of this room.
Island Overlook Hot Spring
- Region: Sunken City
- Recipes: Sunblight Vaccine and Stun Vaccine.
Go southwest of Sunken City to locate the West Coast Pier Mistle. South of the mistle, you’ll find a Hot Spring. Keep an eye out for one of Jadwiga’s minions on the nearby hilltop.
City Overlook Hot Spring
- Region: Sunken City
- Recipes: Eclipse Vaccine and Snare Vaccine
You can find the Cliffside Ruins to the northwest of the city. If you go south from the Plateau Overlooking City Mistle, you’ll discover the third Hot Spring.
Valley Overlook Hot Spring
- Region: Corroded Scar
- Recipes: Dissonance Vaccine and Acid Vaccine.
To get there, go to the Miners’ Rest Stop Mistle, located right beside the Tower of Regeneration. You’ll find a Golden Blood Bead there, which will help you recover more health. From there, continue north on the road, and you’ll see the Hot Spring on your right.
Sanatorium Baths Hot Spring
- Region: Undead Forest
- Recipes: Slow Vaccine and Toxic Venom Vaccine.
As you progress through Holly’s story, you’ll reach the Sanatorium and need to use the Hot Springs as part of the main quest. However, this initial visit doesn’t count towards completion, so you’ll need to return later. To find the baths, head south from the Sanatorium building and enter the first one you see on your left.
Cave Hot Spring
- Region: Undead Forest
- Recipes: Inhabit Vaccine and Fatal Leak Vaccine.
To continue the story, you’ll need to return to a specific location. Use fast travel to reach the Cave Hot Springs Mistle inside the Gorge Cave. Then, go down and drop to the lower level to find the final Hot Spring.
