Marvel Cosmic Invasion features 15 characters you can play, but you’ll need to meet certain conditions to unlock four of them as you progress through the game.
When I started playing Marvel Cosmic Invasion, I was happy to see they give you a solid starting team! You automatically unlock 11 characters right away, which is awesome. It includes some of the big names, like Captain America, Spider-Man, Wolverine, and even Rocket Raccoon, so you can jump right into the action with heroes you already love.
Characters like Jean Grey/Phoenix, Venom, Phyla-Vell, and Silver Surfer aren’t available right away. You’ll need to unlock them by finishing specific missions that involve exploring different parts of the game and often require revisiting areas you’ve already been to. This means you’ll have to complete some missions and explore before you can unlock everyone.
Okay, so unlocking the secret characters isn’t actually hard. You just need to finish the levels they’re hidden in – you don’t have to do anything special within those levels, just beat them.
