The following contains spoilers for Solo Leveling and My Hero Academia.
In the realm of Solo Leveling, the protagonist, Sung Jinwoo, encounters extraordinarily powerful beings who possess abilities that far surpass those of an average person. These individuals are said to be as strong as a nation’s military and even divine entities. Remarkably, Jinwoo manages to prevail against these formidable adversaries. Conversely, the world depicted in My Hero Academia appears somewhat less intimidating. All Might, the most powerful hero, faces foes that seem more ordinary compared to those in Solo Leveling.
In the world of Solo Leveling, how might the scenario unfold if All Might made an appearance? Would he stand alongside the most powerful figures, or would he find himself overshadowed by Jinwoo’s relentless pursuit of power?
If All Might Got Transported to the Anime
Where Would All Might Place in the First Two Seasons of Solo Leveling?
Although the heroic world of My Hero Academia may appear less intense compared to Jinwoo’s usual challenges, it is crucial not to undervalue the might of the Pro Heroes. All Might boasts an astounding physical strength that can alter weather conditions with just a single punch. His speed, reminiscent of the world in Solo Leveling, effortlessly surpasses the speed of sound. If All Might were to engage in combat with the S-rank hunters from Solo Leveling, it would be evident how overwhelmingly powerful he is, particularly during his prime.
It appears highly probable that All Might could effortlessly conquer any dungeons rated A or lower, and possibly even S-ranked ones. He’s more than capable of overpowering the Ant King and could likely handle the Jeju Island raid singlehandedly due to his astounding physical power and remarkable speed. No S-rank hunters in the anime have displayed feats that can compare to All Might’s, and a Prime All Might might outclass most of them without any damage. All Might’s strength would at least place him among National Level Hunters, with his prime likely exceeding this level significantly.
In my prime, just five strikes would’ve been sufficient to knock him unconscious, but nowadays, I needed over three hundred powerful strikes to do the same job. – All Might in Episode 12.
All Might Versus Jinwoo
Who is Stronger?

By the finale of Season 2, Sung Jinwoo showcases an immense power, capable of conjuring potent shadows and boasting exceptional skills that border on the unrealistic. Yet, in the given stage of the anime, he would succumb effortlessly to All Might’s might. All Might’s hypersonic speed surpasses anything demonstrated by Jinwoo thus far, and his powerful punches render proximity unnecessary for victory over him. Even with a legion of shadows at his command, the force behind All Might’s blows would obliterate them instantaneously, leaving no room for action before depleting Jinwoo’s energy reserves.
If you take into account the immense power that Jinwoo amasses by the conclusion of the manhwa adaptation of Solo Leveling, the final result is significantly altered. Essentially, Jinwoo becomes virtually indestructible, able to harness the powers of a being whose mere presence could devastate Earth. In fact, the world in Solo Leveling requires mana reinforcement just to withstand confrontations between the Rulers and Monarchs, and even some of the series’ strongest characters are compelled to occupy human bodies due to Earth and humans’ inherent frailty.
In the final showdown of the manhwa, Jinwoo would easily overcome All Might due to their powers operating on vastly different magnitudes. During the epic battle between Star and Stripe against Shigaraki in “My Hero Academia”, a few fighter jets posed some challenges for Shigaraki, one of the series’ strongest antagonists, as he squared off against America’s premier hero.
If we were to imagine a confrontation between the fully-realized character Jinwoo and All Might, it’s plausible that Jinwoo would emerge victorious effortlessly. By the culmination of his journey, Jinwoo has amassed an extensive repertoire of skills, artifacts, and potent shadows, making him akin to a versatile user of multiple quirks in the world of “My Hero Academia.”
Even without employing the additional powers that could be used to vanquish All Might, Jinwoo’s physical prowess may surpass All Might’s by the end of the storyline on its own.
In summary, considering his abilities, it appears reasonable to categorize All Might as being on par with a National Level Hunter from the series “Solo Leveling”. However, at his peak strength, he could have been even more powerful. Regrettably, we haven’t yet witnessed Prime All Might’s full potential in the adaptations of “My Hero Academia” that have been released so far.
Solo Leveling can be streamed on Crunchyroll and Amazon.
