Dynamic Storylines

The Franchise setting brings about fresh, evolving Scenarios, which may unfold throughout a single week or an entire sports season. These scenarios could begin as early as the pre-season itself.

As a seasoned coach with years of experience under my belt, I understand the challenges that come with managing a team, especially when a player arrives at training camp out of shape. Over the years, I have learned to adapt quickly and make informed decisions based on each player’s unique personality traits. To ensure success, it is crucial to study their profiles, delve into their backgrounds, and understand their motivations. This approach has served me well in the past, and I am confident that it will continue to help me navigate the complexities of coaching a diverse group of athletes. The game is unpredictable, but with diligent preparation and thoughtful decision-making, we can guide our players towards their full potential and achieve great things together.

If your leadership approach yields positive results, he’s likely to begin the season playing well. However, if you make incorrect decisions, he might struggle with fitness during the initial stages of the season.

In much the same way, a substitute player might pop into your office seeking more playing time. Granting his wish means that you’d need to honor it, or else he may start losing trust in your decisions.

As a gamer, I’m pumped about this game! It boasts over 70 diverse, evolving storylines that transport you to various settings, such as the team huddle room, the coach’s office, press briefings, the practice field, and the locker room.

NFL Draft Night

The glamour and excitement of Draft Night is finally coming to Madden. Franchise mode will now feature an authentic recreation of the event, complete with a real-time Draft Board, cutscenes displaying your picks getting the news, and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell taking the stage.

Once you’ve finished drafting, you will be provided with a guide evaluating your selections. This evaluation is based on how well the picks align with your team roster and their corresponding scouting reports.

Franchise Central

At Franchise Central, you’ll find a centralized platform for the Franchise gameplay experience. It functions as your starting point, offering a streamlined approach to choosing your league type and building your team with enhanced information for easier navigation. Additionally, the menu provides you with pertinent updates throughout your gaming journey, including top news, reactions to your Dynamic Storyline choices, league standings, and other relevant data.

The hub now includes a fresh communication platform for messages, enabling team members within your organization – such as coordinators – to share their insights on topics like recruiting free agents or designing training programs.

Team Builder

Team Builder received a revamp for College Football 25‘s release, and it’s also coming to Madden 25. The feature lets you create a new franchise from the ground up using a variety of customization tools. Here’s an overview of all the things you can modify:

  • Create and upload your own logos
  • Personalization:
    • Uniforms (Home, Away, Alternate)
    • Helmets
    • Stadium
    • On-field logos
  • Roster building
    • Select existing players, or create custom ones

In a Franchise save, you’re allowed to add as many as 32 personalized teams. Furthermore, you have an option to explore and download teams created by other players from the Download Center.

Presentation updates

These modifications are intended to enhance the game’s visual appeal. To start, the game will showcase the changes made during Gillette Stadium’s $250 million renovation, such as their large, curved-radius video display.

In the game, we’ve introduced more realistic player and coach appearances to enhance the sense of realism. We’re putting extra effort into refining the models of newcomers and up-and-coming talents to ensure they look sharp and polished during the Draft Night.

As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but express my excitement over the enhanced animations that have been introduced this time around. For the very first time in the series, shoulder pads will move independently! This means you’ll be able to discern the slightest pad shakes and even feel the more intense rumblings. What a game-changing addition to the experience!

New commentary teams

In Madden 25, you’ll find two fresh commentary duos: Mike Tirico and Greg Olsen, alongside Kate Scott and Brock Huard. Meanwhile, Brandon Gaudin and Charles Davis continue to lend their voices to the game as well.
