All Order Contraband Locations in Down and Outbound (BL4)

After encountering the Outbounders in Borderlands 4, players are given a mission: they must test drive their newly acquired vehicle to find Idolator Sol’s Spymaster. However, an additional task becomes available as players reach Horace’s Oversight. This optional objective involves recovering Order contraband from the areas Down and Outbound. These specific locations can be challenging to locate, so here are detailed descriptions of each location to help you complete the side mission and gain some extra XP!

All Order Contraband Locations in Down and Outbound

Order Contraband Location #1

Upon entering Horace’s Oversight, head towards the southeastern part of the room. There, you’ll spot an open door. Inside, on your right side, you’ll discover the initial Order Contraband that players can gather.

Order Contraband Location #2

Progressing deeper into Horace’s Overlook, players may come across an additional unlocked door to the northeast. Beyond this doorway lies the Order’s Smuggled Goods on the left-hand side.

Order Contraband Location #3

Upon arriving at Horace’s Oversight’s lush courtyard, head towards the left to locate staircases on the east side that ascend to an unlocked entrance. Proceed through this doorway, then traverse the upstairs corridor to discover the 3rd Order Contraband located in the third room you encounter.

Order Contraband Location #4

The last and fourth item contrabanded by Order, named Contraband, is hidden within Horace’s Oversight, specifically at the central tower. To locate it, just follow your objective until you meet the Spymaster. Once you notice the vending machines, look to the left side. You’ll find the Contraband sitting on a box, situated on the south side of the top of the tower.

Once players have collected all the Prohibited Orders, they’ll earn extra Experience Points (XP) and Money rewards upon completion of the task.
