Outposts are small settlements scattered across the world of Talos-II in Arknights Endfield. They’re important because they provide Stock Bills, which players use to improve their base and equipment. You can also build smaller production facilities around these outposts, giving you extra space for manufacturing if you need it.
Endfield has several Outposts scattered around. The first one is easy to find, but the rest are a bit more hidden. Here’s a list of all the Outposts we’ve discovered in the game so far.
How to Unlock All AIC Factory Locations in Arknights Endfield
At the start of the game (version 1.0), you can build factories in six different locations in Endfield, with more becoming available as the game is updated. You’ll unlock these locations by completing quests โ some through the main storyline, and others through side quests that appear as you advance the game’s story.
| PAC/Outpost | Location | Mission Requirement |
| Valley IV Core AIC | Valley IV โ The Hub | Valley Reboot |
| Refugee Camp | Valley IV โ Refugee Camp | Building an Outpost |
| Infra-Station | Valley IV โ Originium Science Park | Outpost: Infra-Station |
| Reconstruction HQ | Valley IV โ Power Plateau | Outpost: Reconstruction HQ |
| Wuling Core AIC | Wuling โ Wuling City | A Breeze Away |
| Sky King Flats | Wuling โ Jingyu Valley | Where Danger Sleeps |
You can unlock the Infra-Station and Reconstruction HQ Outposts in Valley IV by completing the quests in the Originium Science Park and Power Plateau areas. Double-check your quest log to see if those missions are currently available to you.
What are Outposts For?
As we discussed before, Outposts act like small factories where you can produce materials. These materials can be sold for Stock Bills, which are essential for crafting gear, improving your main base, and other upgrades.
Outposts are ideal for setting up small-scale production lines for resources like plants or components such as Origocrusts, Amethyst Parts, and Ferrium. Unlocking all Outposts in an area gives you more building space on your main Power Core and helps keep your production running smoothly.
Leveling Up Outposts
Trading with Outposts helps them grow! As they gain Prosperity through trade, they’ll eventually level up. Higher-level Outposts can handle larger trades, letting you buy and sell more items. However, you need to complete quests at each Outpost before it can level up.
Regional Development
Improving your Outposts helps develop the surrounding region. As regional development increases, youโll unlock several benefits, such as:
- Better ore purity
- Higher Regional Stock Bill caps
- Higher zipline cap
- Higher combat facility placement caps
Reaching Regional Development goals unlocks extra rewards like Headhunting Permits and Oroberyls, both of which you can use for the gacha system in Endfield.
