In *Ghost of Yotei*, players can discover 20 unique collectibles called Pillars of the Fallen throughout the Ezo region. Each Pillar unlocks a special Weapon Kit, allowing Atsu to equip a weapon previously used by a fallen warrior who fought against Lord Saito and the Yotei Six. Whether you’re seeking new designs for your Wolf Blade or aiming to complete the entire collection in *Ghost of Yotei*, we’ve created a guide detailing how to find all Pillars of the Fallen and their corresponding Weapon Kits, so you can customize your blade to your liking.
All Yotei Grasslands Pillars of the Fallen in Ghost of Yotei
1 – Ginkgo’s Reckoning
You can find Ginkgo’s Reckoning far east of Lake Shitotsu. The quickest way to get there is to fast travel to Atsu’s Home and then return to the starting area of the game. You’ll see a rock slide blocking the path, but there’s a small walkway to the left that leads to the Pillar of the Fallen.
2 – Unyielding Tempest
To find the Southern Coast, go to the southernmost part of the Yotei Grasslands. Before heading down to the beach, follow the cliffs to your left until you find a way down. Continue along this path, climbing across the cliff face to reach the Pillar of the Fallen. Once there, speak to the sad woman to receive the Sword Kit.
3 – Bones of Gashadokuro
Go north from the Yotei Grasslands, and follow the Nupur River directly until you come to a clearing. You’ll find the Pillar of the Fallen standing in the center, marked by a tree with twisting branches.
4 – Noble Mist
Head east along the Yotei River until you see a hill covered in white flower petals from the trees nearby. You’ll find a Pillar of the Fallen there.
5 – Starlight Abyss
The Mount Yotei Shrine’s entrance is located near the Yotei River’s western side. To find the Pillar of the Fallen, you’ll need to follow the shrine path as it climbs to the top of Mount Yotei. Once you reach the snowy peak, follow the ridge around to the back of the mountain.
All Ishikari Plain Pillars of the Fallen in Ghost of Yotei
6 –Crimson Yokai
Starting from the Matsumae Encampment in the Ishikari Plain, go west, slightly above the Otaru Hills on the map. You’ll find the Pillar of the Fallen on a cliff next to a large tree covered in red flowers.
7 – Infamous Strike
Go to the southwestern part of the Ishikari Plain, beyond the Nishin Fishery, until you reach the entrance to Sun’s Peak Shrine. As soon as you arrive, turn left and follow the path past the rope. You’ll find the Pillar of the Fallen, which is often struck by lightning.
8 – Koromodako’s Reach
If you travel to the northern part of the Ishikari Plain and follow the Rumoi River eastward, you’ll find a waterfall. The Pillar of the Fallen stands to the right of the waterfall, hidden in the grass.
All Tokachi Range Pillars of the Fallen in Ghost of Yotei
9 – Silken Bloom
Continue along the river until you reach Serpent’s Pass. Near Shizunai Woods (shown in the image), leave the river and look for a hill. At the top of that hill, you’ll find the Pillar of the Fallen.
10 – Blood Rust Honey
Okay, so if you’re heading north from the Tokachi Range, you’ll hit the Niikappu River. Keep an eye out – right above the letters ‘A’ and ‘P’ in ‘Niikappu’ on the map, there’s a clearing with a bunch of orange trees. The Pillar of the Fallen is smack-dab in the middle of that field. It’s kinda hidden, but that’s how I found it!
11 – Aranami’s Claw
Head north along the Niikappu River, following it towards the source, until you arrive at Niikappu Falls. From the falls, find the hill directly in front of you, with the waterfall behind you, and you’ll discover the Pillar of the Fallen.
All Nayoro Wilds Pillars of the Fallen in Ghost of Yotei
12 – Hunter’s Vigilance
Begin your journey at Husko Kotan and travel southwest until you reach a cliff face with a climbable wall. Follow this upward path, then turn left to locate a rock slide. After passing the rock slide, head to your right to find the Pillar of the Fallen. We’ve included a video below to help guide you, as this route can be a bit tricky.
13 – Tanuki’s Bounty
Travel north from the Iwor Mountains. Follow the straight line extending north from where the word “Mountains” is written on the map – starting from Husko Kotan – and you’ll discover the Pillar of the Fallen hidden deep within the forest.
All Teshio Ridge Pillars of the Fallen in Ghost of Yotei
14 – Masaru’s Claw
When you get to Teshio Ridge, go north into the Sakuru Woods. Stay towards the east side, and before you actually enter the woods on the map, climb the cliff nearby. At the top, you’ll find the Pillar of the Fallen right on the edge.
15 – Regal Punisher
To find the Pillar of the Fallen, go west up the snowy mountain in the northern part of Crimson Forest. You’ll find it at the top of the cliff.
16 – Inaru’s Ruse
Go north of the Sakuru Woods. Near the Red Crane Inn, you’ll see a tall rock face you can climb. Look for a white marking on the wall to find where to start, then use a grapple hook to pull yourself to the top.
17 – Blood in Snow
Blood in Snow is found south of the Hakodake Mountains, a little east of Sarobetsu Lake. It’s up a cliff, which can be tricky to climb, so we’ve included a video to help you find your way.
All Oshima Coast Pillars of the Fallen in Ghost of Yotei
18 – Sakura in Moonlight
You can find Sakura in Moonlight at the Masumae Residences, which is the main area on Oshima Coast, just south of where you start. Go towards the castle within the Residences, then turn left at the cherry blossom trees. Another left will lead you to an open courtyard with the Pillar of the Fallen.
19 – Raven Fortress
Go southeast towards Kasuga Village, then continue past Yotei Six Camp in the direction of Esan Inlet. Look for a cliff near the ‘E’ in ‘Inlet’ on your map. You’ll need to run, jump, and use your grapple to reach a tree branch, which will lead you around to the Pillar of the Fallen.
20 – Kaeru’s Fortune
Go west from Oiso Fishing Village into the forest. Before you reach the Otsuri River, look for a large, climbable rock to your east. From the top of that rock, find a taller rock nearby. Use your grapple hook to pull down a tree branch, creating a bridge to reach the top of the taller rock and claim the Pillar of the Fallen.
