All Pokemon Legends Z-A Regional Forms & How to Get Them

Pokémon Legends: Z-A brings back many regional forms of Pokémon from the Hisui, Alola, and Galar regions. In addition to those already in the game, the Mega Dimension DLC adds even more unique regional variants that can only be discovered and caught in the new Hyperspace Wild Zones.

If you’re trying to catch all the Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Z-A and complete your Pokedex, you’ll need to know where to find the different regional forms. Most can be found while playing the game normally, but a few are a bit harder to locate.

This guide also includes Pokemon that can be obtained by evolving regional Pokemon.

All Regional Forms in Pokemon Legends Z-A & Their Locations

There are 21 different regional Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, including Pokémon that evolve into unique forms specific to that region. Here’s a breakdown:

Galarian Slowbro	Evolves from Galarian Slowpoke by using a Galarica Cuff. Galarica Cuff can be obtained by completing Side Mission 75: Some Unusual Pokemon. Found in 5★ Hyperspace Wild Zones containing Poison-type Pokemon.
Galarian Slowking	Evolves from Galarian Slowpoke by using a Galarica Wreath. Galarica Wreath can be obtained by completing Side Mission 75: Some Unusual Pokemon. Found in 5★ Hyperspace Wild Zones containing Poison-type Pokemon.
Galarian Stunfisk	Obtained in Side Mission 72: Find My Galarian Stunfisk (unlocks after starting Main Mission 24). Found in 4★ Hyperspace Wild Zones containing Ground-type Pokemon.
Alolan Raichu	Obtained in Side Mission 108: Alola, Raichu, by trading a regular with an NPC (unlocks after starting Main Mission 38). Found in 4★ Hyperspace Wild Zones containing Electric-type Pokemon.
Hisuian Qwilfish	Found in 3★ Hyperspace Wild Zones containing Poison-type Pokemon.
	Evolves from Hisuian Qwilfish after performing the move Barb Barrage 20 times. Found in 5★ Hyperspace Wild Zones containing Poison-type Pokemon.
Galarian Meowth	Found in 2★ Hyperspace Wild Zones containing Steel-type Pokemon.
	Evolves from Galarian Meowth at level 28. Found in 4★ Hyperspace Wild Zones containing Steel-type Pokemon.
Alolan Meowth	Found in 1★ Hyperspace Wild Zones containing Dark-type Pokemon.
Alolan Persian	Evolves from Alolan Meowth with high friendship. Found in 4★ Hyperspace Wild Zones containing Dark-type Pokemon.
Galarian Farfetch’d	Found in 3★ Hyperspace Wild Zones containing Fighting-type Pokemon.
	Evolves from Galarian Farfetch’d after performing three Critical Hits in one battle.
