Borderlands 4 is breaking new ground by introducing a fully open world to the series. As you explore Kairos, you’ll come across Propaganda Speakers – collectibles that you’ll need to find all of to fully complete the game.

Finding Propaganda Speakers is trickier than collecting other items like ECHO Logs because each one involves a fight. There aren’t many of them in Borderlands 4 either, so you’ll have to actively search them out. Here’s a guide to all their locations.

How to Complete Propaganda Speakers in Borderlands 4

Borderlands 4 features a total of 27 Propaganda Speakers, which are shown on the map as blue megaphone icons.

To start the Propaganda Speaker activity, go to the speaker tower and activate it to call ECHO-4. He’ll begin hacking the speaker, and you need to protect him from waves of enemies until he finishes. You can see how much longer the hack will take by looking at the number displayed near ECHO-4.
